The first visit I ordered eggplant parm and all i got was mushy eggplant! No pasta and or salad with it. they were so busy and I do believe my eggplanthad been sitting for a while. This was around after the first few days after their grad opening so I thought thi gs happen and I knew they had awesome food in their other restaurants, so no big deal.I called today and ordered Ziti and meatballs with marinara ♥ it comes with bread and salad. Fantastic dining experience. Food is amazing with generous proportions. The owners are hands on, a true mom/ pop establishment and they treat you like family (the good side of the family). I highly recommend Viva Maria's.
