“Great food, great friends“

“Wed, 2/28/24, Management told one of our trivia team members that she is no longer welcome because she spoke to trivia host and he felt threatened by her. She talked to host after trivia and told him she thought the questions we no longer "general knowledge" trivia. While her remarks may have been harsh, we feel she should have been warned that her behaviour would not be tolerated in the future but not forbidden to return to play trivia. Our trivia team spends 140.00 to 160.00 each Wednesday, not to mention the amount of tips the server was making (30 to 50 dollars). She also told management team that host drinks too much during trivia and they denied that. By the hosts own admission over the microphone, he has asked people to stop sending him drinks because "I'm getting drunk guys". She was told he is allowed 1 alcoholic beverage while doing trivia. WHO HAS EVER HAD A JOB WHERE THEY ARE ALLOWED TO DRINK ALCOHOL?? We will probably NOT be coming back to trivia if all of our team members are not welcome. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR TRIVIA....WHICH I HAD SELECTED ORIGINALLY!!“

“We stopped by for a late lunch and we're very satisfied. The staff were terrific and the food was very good. We even spotted our former congressman there who was known for bringing pizza whenever he visited local businesses, or police and fire departments.“

“We had a large group at the Harrison bws last night. Some of us noticed a group of four harassing the waitress about everything. Sent the food back to or three times. Complained the drink weren’t strong enough. Everything they did put that poor waitress in tears. One of our party followed the guy up to the bar to hear him complain to the manager so he would take more off the bill. Brian just snatched the bill from the guy and paid it so the waitress wouldn’t get stiffed(Brian tipped her a 100$). Those four stayed and drank for a few hours complaining to her the whole time about every thing. When they went to leave they came to our table all excited the bill was paid. I stated he didn’t pay it to be generous and your attitude is something you shouldn’t be proud of. Some people are just clueless on how to treat people. Morgan was the waitress and she did a fantastic job!! She was on top of it all!!“

“Well we my wife and granddaughter was setted at 806pm we order ower food shortly after waited a hour and ten minutes and never saw ower food we was told they was working on online orders but noticed people that were seated befor us and several after us had already eaten and was leaveing then the table next to us that had waited about 20min got there food we still hadent got ower order i asked 3 different times for a manager but one never showed up gues they was working on all the on line orders ? The restaurantwas at best 50%full so after being ignored for a hour and 15 min we walked out and i will never be back i am also gona post my experiance on my facebook page were i have around 5000 followers to let everyone no exactly how we was treated this eve cant tell ya about the food never saw it i dont recamend the sweet tea“

“ordered a 32 piece and were not disappointed! got Nashville hot and santa fe. Nashville wasn't very hot but still tasty. wings were great size and cooked perfectly. so juicy. fries also good. just needed a tad more seasoning. 8 out of 10 will order again!“

“Many thanks to Dent Snappy Tomato Pizza! We needed pizza delivered to a place that was not covered by delivery due to location. Other places we tried did not even make an attempt to help us out even though they were closer. Snappy bent the rules and delivered 5 yummy pizzas to our farm. They did not have to make that effort-certainly no one else did. Kudos to the manager for creating an atmosphere of community where something out of the ordinary could be possible. “Major improvements lately. I had a couple bad experiences a year or two ago but I have ordered from here twice in the last 2 weeks and the pizza has been amazing. The only complaint I have is the clumsy online ordering that they have not very intuitive.
Other than that, this place is great. Very friendly staff putting out very good quality food!
Update.. The new text, your order thing that they have for ordering online. It's super simple and works great. This location is always great. I eat there two or three times a month. Very consistent. Always good.“

“As an IT professional of 30 plus years, I have traveled the United States extensively. Sometimes, believe it or not, it is really hard just to find a really good sports bar with good food. Look no further, this is the place. If you are on the west side, this should be your go-to. I haven't eaten anything in here that wasn't good. The service is excellent and the food is always hot and ready. The bartenders and waitresses are awesome. The ownership is involved. There are TVs everywhere for whatever game you want to watch. Highly recommend!“

“I was told with excitement, go to Crossroads they have great wings. I was not that impressed. I think what made the experience poor was how they just sit your food out. The game is on people are chatting so if u get to involved you will miss the tex that says your order is ready and your food is just there until you remember or they finally call you out on the mic.
