Our server Kels was the best ! We had a very large party and she got our orders completed fast.

Went to the restaurant at 4:30 not busy at all a server and bartender were talking an when the Server came up to see me he I said for one person and he said can you wait 10 minutes because we don’t have enough servers? I said really because we were talking And he said yes, so I just left that was ridiculous that no one was rolling to wait on someone or at least see you
After using 2 $10 certificates from management for a screwed up online order from another store, this store as well failed to provide food quality was wrong order, when I called and spoke with manager about online order that again was not what is advertised on online ordering, he sent me 1 $10, what an insult! Perhaps your company should invest in providing what you advertise and holding a standard for customer service! Disgraceful

We picked up our order today and it came out over 30 minutes late. It seemed like one guy was manning tables AND take out at the same time. Our kids’ food was fine, but my husband and I both got the new fried chicken sandwiches and they were WAY over cooked, tough and hard to eat. Just disappointed when we were hoping for a quick tasty lunch.

IF I COULD RATE 0 STARS I WOULD!!!!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! I’m just now finding the time to leave a review. My initial thought about the service from our waitress was “mediocre.” I don’t think the young lady even told us her name and she barely checked on us throughout the night. What I will say is she apologized and explained to us that she had the bar and entire floor so she was overwhelmed so I understood and gave her grace. I couldn’t understand why no one helped her it was a huge disservice to her and all of the guest that night! SO let’s get to my real issue at hand. THE GM!!!!!!!!! While my server was busy juggling the bar and other tables WITH NO HELP the GM came out to great our table as well as others.. which isn’t abnormal but he should’ve been helping his server don’t you think?? Well no. His attitude was arrogant and lousy!!! He asked how our service and food was and I gave my honest opinion as did the tables next to me chiming in because we all had similar complaints! I said the service was fine but our food was cold and had to been sent back and our server was obviously drowning in tables so the services wasn’t as sufficient as it could have been. After we got our food back we noticed that my daughters wings were severely UNDERCOOKED. The GM is the one who brought her wings out when I told him they were undercooked he rolled his eyes at me as if I were lying but you could blatantly see they were pink in the middle. I overheard him talking to one of the staff “that b word should’ve went to McDonalds” After I heard that I asked for my check I left my server a generous tip and I told her she needs to work somewhere where she’s appreciated and comfortable you could tell the work environment is very hostile and that he acts this was all the time. SHAME ON YOU and shame on Applebees I’m so disappointed!!

Went in to get a late lunch on a Sunday, there were tons of people in the lobby but lots of empty tables. We stood there for close to 10 minutes before anyone came to greet any of the people in the lobby- no apologies, just acting very annoyed. They took the names of the first group of people (party of 4) and said “it’ll be 20 minutes” very short and obviously annoyed. That party left followed very closely behind by my family. I understand when you’re short staffed and have to ask people to wait, but to act rude and annoyed and not greeting potential costumers at all, that’s completely unacceptable

Found a piece of hair in my burger manager was helpful about the situation but didn’t give a discount on my meal. Although I did not ask but due to circumstances it would have been nice since workers are cooking without hair nets.

Placed a to go order today Friday Nov 22 at around noon-1 o'clock for Holly Hemsworth. When I got home and opened 1 of my to go's I was hit in the face with a moldy mildewy smell. Caught a wiff instantly. Upon further inspection I realized the mashed potatoes that went with my steak were completely mildewy. They were so bad they made the whole plate of food taste awful. The green beans, my steak, everything tasted like a wet basement. The potatoes were so bad I instantly spit them out! Called and asked to speak to a manager, and I got "Ory" on the phone. She instantly told me I was pretty much lying. Her response to me getting served moldy mashed potatoes was, "I've been eating the mashed potatoes for months, all the time, and there's nothing wrong with them." I asked her if she thinks the mashed potatoes she's been eating "for months" are the same batch of mashed potatoes I got in my to go. (Wouldn't surprise me with what I was served) 🤦♂️ but probably not... I pleaded with her to go too the kitchen and taste them because they're so bad they ruined my entire plate of food. She insisted she did taste them, and there's nothing wrong. In the end, I told her I'm calling the health department. She's completely indenial. She's lying to customers on the phone. There's no way she went and tasted them and didn't taste the mold. They're so bad it made my green beans and steak taste bad. I mean I can smell it from 2 feet away as its sitting on my kitchen table. In the end, she said she's refunding me for the order and hung up on me. Didn't make me feel like she was taking care of the issue at all though. Pretty much told me I'm wrong when I'm a chef myself and I know for a fact they're moldy. I guess it won't be until someone gets sick that she will care. You would think she gets paid a salary and has a brand new model s tesla outside paid for by applebees the way she completely denied my complaint and told me I was wrong. Like the way she argued with me, you could swear she owned the applebees. Like why would I call and complain and lie? The woman is going to end up getting people sick because she's indenial when it comes to the restaurant she's managing. I couldn't imagine being a manager and having a customer call me and tell me my establishment's food is moldy, and I just completely disregard the customers complaint. She didn't give me any closure at all that she was going to take care of the issue to ensure customers do not get sick. Called the health department since "Ory" rather argue with me and tell me I'm wrong. I told "Ory" it's either A.) SHE'S LYING, and she never went to the kitchen and tasted the moldy food she's serving to good paying customers... or B.) She doesn't have a pallete. Regardless, I'll never be back. "Ory" needs to step down from her management position and let someone else manage the restaurant. Customers served mildewy food are not going to be happy, and they might have an attitude. It's part of working in customer service. People aren't going to be happy when served moldy food. She matches the customer's energy and gets just as upset as the the customer who just paid for mildewy inedible food! She's not fit for the job. And obviously doesn't care if customers get sick from moldy food. Never again. Good to know that if you go to this establishment and get served food that could potentially get you sick, that this is how they rectify the situation. The refund is irrelevant at this point. How about customer's health?

We waited an hour and a half for cold food. They dropped it off at the table and ran away. No refills. No to go boxes nor even the question despite the food not being eaten. The manager shamefully hid in the back. Applebee's is dead to me.
