I mean I don’t think any Applebees deserves more than three stars. There was nothing special about this place. Our server was nice, but it seemed like they’re short-staffed or many servers called off because we had waited up front for over 5 minutes debating on going to Red Lobster across the street. The food was good for what it was, but yeah it was nothing special.
Been here for for 50 minutes and no food. Had to leave only had an hour lunch break. Unexceptable

We ordered soup, appetizer and a burger with fries which arrived 60 minutes after our order was taken. Service was slow with only 6 tables in the restaurant having customers.
There was a dad with his 3 small children that waited 70 minutes for their children's chicken tenders and fries. Dad was very patient waiting for their order. Kids were well behaved but were obviously ready for bed time. I asked their waitress to check their order and heard the manager say from the kitchen they were waiting on the fries. Very poor management and organization which has not improved.

Went to Applebees today to do a food review on my platform at 11:40am today , got sat and server never came to give us water or take an order we left at 12:10pm. horrible service is and there was only 3 tables sat inside very dead inside.

An absolutely incredible experience it was really good time at Applebee's today we had our waitress with her name is Brandy she was super good at her job and super loving and kind and really helped us out she let us split the two for 25 three ways and even brought an extra plate out and ohio state got a pick

Saturday 27,2025 ordered for pick up they quote me 30 was ready in 15 smh. We ordered the 2 for $25 deal up charge for the bourbon chicken and shrimp which was a complete waste! I ordered the burger and fries look I crave hot fresh fries but these were cold! Customer service was ok
Carry out bacon cheeseburger. Amazing and delicious! Tastes great juicy and lots of lettuce. Cooked just right! I forgot how good Applebees burgers are!!

My family loves visiting this location. They are always so welcoming. Sabrina is the best. My kids love playing with her when we come. She always makes them giggle and they always eat all of their food so that she’s proud of them. We recommend this Applebee’s to everyone!
