Market In Akron OH location Ed also conveniently near the Rt-76 exit. ★ Has the most helpful friendly courteous workers. *★ Eagerly as a team helped with my app; when getting the same result★ Appropriate staff helped to ringing the app it's and a discount for my troubles and my meal was ready and with smiles they sent me on my way ★ Note= *Best Ruban sandwich to grab $7.99 * Only Strawberry shake still available In Akron * And the krinkle fries are top notch ★ Always clean fast service ★★ To window Service is Equally Matched 🦋 D
Ordered the number 1 double about 30mins ago. Got a sandwich with zero cheese on it. Just bun, pile of dry meat, bun. Even asked for extra cheese cuz I know corporations skimp out.

Chicken Tender was very hard and tasted like rancid oil.. Fryer oil probably needs changed. Or maybe the Tenders sat in a hot box too long.

I have to say...I am impressed! If you read some of my other fast food reviews you will see that I have been highly disappointed by the quality of service (and sometimes the food as well). But this experience has given me hope there are still places that are doing good for their customers.
Now to start off, this is a nice Monday evening, so it's slow. To be honest, there was no one here but the employees when I walked in. Maybe one car in the drive-thru BUT...
I walked in and was greeted promptly and enthusiastically by a sweet girl named Mira. I ordered the Bourbon BBQ Chicken sandwich with the Potato Cakes and a soft drink. After I ordered i went to bathroom and by the time I came out the order was ready. I was handed my order very nicely and professionally by another employee (I didn't see his nametag). Everything was hot and fresh, cooked and presented very well on a tray. Everything tasted great. As far as the store itself, it was near immaculate from the kitchen to the drink station to the dining room and the bathrooms (at least the men's). The staff all seem to be enjoying working together which adds to a pleasant environment. Highly recommend this location
ONLY complaint would be that the cheese wasn't melted enough, but based off the picture on the menu, that might just be my personal preference not anything on their side.

Worst chicken sandwich EVER!! The crispy chicken has always been my favorite chicken sandwich but today it was so nasty I couldn't even eat it. The meat was rubbery and unchewable! So disappointed ?
