This Arby's location is pretty good most of the time. They do miss something in my online order from time to time, and I have to go in. But, they are always polite and quick to get what I am missing. Inside is usually clean ans I often see an employee wiping tables or sweeping the floor.

Manager approached us by yelling from the fryers stating they haven’t been filtered in weeks, and said she’d be with us as soon as possible, then another associate approached to take our order after being yelled at through the store to do so. When she arrived at the cash register she was rude and inconsiderate. Will not be returning for quite a while to this location.
Used the drive threw, it seems like the clerk was on speed even though no one was behind us. Had to keep asking for receipt, drinks.

The order was correct and the person taking our order through the drive thru was very clear and very audible, but she was efficient and only had to say what she did once and it was heard so hey, go her. No complaints other than the price of everything that isn't on promo.
