Not the employees fault that my food was bone cold but the time I got it because I ordered online and they were super busy. I felt bad because there were so many rude people in line yelling at the workers that were doing the best they could

I just got the worst fish sandwich of my life at this Arby's, Hard as a rock. Like yesterday's sandwich was reheated in the microwave. This has been my go to for fast food for a long time. It was always well run and the staff was friendly and well trained. Not anymore. I think maybe there is a new manager, or the old one just got worn out.

It's never busy and barely any customers for a reason! Any place that management allows employees to serve mangled sandwiches with old and cold meat, old crusted fries that are just crumbs and ice cold with nasty burnt tasting frier oil that clearly has not been changed for God knows how long to a mother and their little child or anyone for that matter just says it all. The worst part is we were having a later dinner than usual, so our little girl was hungry and started eating before all of the food was checked. And because she started to even eat her food, the manager refused to give me fresh food for her because she started eating it! As if less than half of a small size fry eaten should be an issue and refusal for her sandwiches and fries to be remade fresh! This place is horrible from every aspect! Anyone who wants Arby's, go to the other locations nearby as they are all good except E. Waterloo Rd. location!

Just went here to order a small milkshake order. The drive thru line was super long, so I went inside. Upon getting inside, there were three people waiting in front of me, and I could hear someone yelling. Turns out it was the manager yelling and belittling all the employees working there. No manager should be talking or treating their employees the way this woman was, and in front of customers. Even the guy in front of me commented on it. Even if you are shorthanded, this behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. In addition to this, the restaurant appeared dirty and the floor was sticky with something because my shoes were literally sticking to the floor. I can't go back here. If I ever crave Arby's, I will drive further just to avoid this one.

The lady in the drive thru was light weight rude. Not to me but to the lady working the counter. She tripped out and wanted the doors locked right away at like 815 pm. Why I have no idea cause it wasn't like she offered the lady working the counter any help. She stomped around snapping like a turtle. The lady working register had some serious resilience/ patience cause I would have walked out on all of em. Instead she was nice, polite even with my pain in the ass big order. Even after the drive thru turtle told her we couldn't run separate orders cause even though the doors were locked and there was only 1 other guy behind me in the restaurant and not a chance she would need my register lady's help they just couldn't run 2 orders from little ol me. But my counter lady did it. She was awesome. Yall need more of these. Sometimes it ain't about the wait time... sometimes it's about the patience exerted by the person taking our order.
Vegetarian options: I don't recall seeing much if any "actual vegetarian" choices on the menu but if I had... you mean to tell me it would be clean enough from all non vegetarian choices (which is over half the menu)..
to even call it "vegetarian" would be a joke... but we'll call it open to interpretation idk I'm not vegan.

Roast Beef Sliders looked a little like someone pulled them outta there pockets after a long day but you put enough Arby's sauce on anything and it'll get at least 3 stars outta me!!

Arby's is my go to when I don't want burgers. But I had the BBQ burger at Arby's it was OK. Arby's just needs to stick to roast beef in my opinion your known for that. The burger was just again ok
