Horrible service. First off why ask for a name and not just take the orders in the order they come in? 2 lanes.. well McDonald's figured that out so wtf fix something that's not broken? To make me wait for my food, miss items, and then ask me stupid questions. Secondly, since ya asked for a name you passed out out food the the people in front of us. How I have no idea but then we had to wait for all out food to be remade. Then had to wait for our missing item. All i wanted was some food. I tip my hat to you Arby's workers, yall did a great job and got an awesome review. I will never spend another penny here. And others be warned that want a quick bite.

Good roast beef sandwich. The Gyro sandwich is also pretty good.
Gave this location multiple tries before posting this. Food is always stale or at minimum tastes like it was microwaved before serving. Couldn’t bite through the fries and when I went immediately back for a replacement, the manager wanted proof of purchase and was rude about my request. Done.
Visited drive-thru because dining room was closed after 10 pm (would have preferred dine-in). Ordered a French Dip sandwich and a Crispy Chicken Club Wrap. Received order, drove home, and discovered I had been given a Buffalo Chicken Wrap. Poor order accuracy. Could have been addressed had dine in been available.
