(Update 8/5/25 thank you to April DiSanza for providing me with 2 free sweet almond pretzels to make up for my experience. Things like that make a world of difference, I will definitely be back as usual again.)
Original post: Please stop overcooking the pretzels. These pretzels are almost $7 each now, they need to be made right. I went to the Auntie Anne’s in the food court. I wanted 2 sweet almond pretzels made fresh because the only 2 available were burnt. I was told “we’re not making anymore tonight, try the kiosk location.” It wasn’t even 7 o clock yet and they weren’t closing until 8. That is terrible awful customer service and bad business. I would’ve accepted the 2 available had they been cooked correctly, if they aren’t up to par that is ridiculous to turn down customers. So basically I had two options, take these burnt ones or get nothing. I wonder what do they do when online orders come through over an hour before closing time and they don’t have what’s available? I would test it but this location will never receive my business again.

The ladies at auntie Anne’s are EXTREMELY NICE AND SO EXTRAORDINARY !! And no I don’t say this to be dramatic but I’m not from here, I actually came for the week to work at the malls. I came here for lunch and immediately was taken back on how kind they are when they greeted me to their store. They are very patient people who love what they do! From what I can tell… they created a company culture that thrives on uplifting and encouraging each other. This definitely reflected onto the customers. If I were to come back to this mall. I would definitely be excited to go to Anne’s again<3

Today at 5 PM I was trying to place an order and the gentleman behind the counter told me to wait. He was prepping pretzels so I waited for seven minutes until he was finished or to pretzels one with salt one with cinnamon and I got in my car to eat them, they were rockhard, that was a waste of $16 and some change don’t eat at this location

Never again , my son and I had some , and now we can’t get out of the restroom. They taste good but whatever the ingredients are and oils they use will tear up your insides .

Summit mall location in the food court. Order pep bites, classic bites and p dog bites. Why is everything burned? There wete 3 full size pretzels in the case up front but all burned so bad I didn't order them bc I knew my kids would not eat them. Still at least half the bites size pretzels were black on the bottom. For 30$ in pretzels I expect them to look good lol. The shop itself was smokey with the workers saying they were propping the back door open to let out the smoke. What's up ?
3-3:15pm 10-26-23 owner should watch recording. Staff is rude, and had multiple people walk away without getting waited on. I ended up leaving without my order and the refund has not yet posted. I will not buy from this location again. Dip station was also a mess and multiple pretzels were dipped at once causing white stops.

Man these people working right now is outta control just robbed me literally took my money and didn’t refund me or give me what I paid for something they never gave me unacceptable, my kids was so upset about the matter I had to go someplace else to feed them,I had to keep my composure for them smh WORST PLACE EVER and SERVICE EVER!!!!
