Never again , my son and I had some , and now we can’t get out of the restroom. They taste good but whatever the ingredients are and oils they use will tear up your insides .

Summit mall location in the food court. Order pep bites, classic bites and p dog bites. Why is everything burned? There wete 3 full size pretzels in the case up front but all burned so bad I didn't order them bc I knew my kids would not eat them. Still at least half the bites size pretzels were black on the bottom. For 30$ in pretzels I expect them to look good lol. The shop itself was smokey with the workers saying they were propping the back door open to let out the smoke. What's up ?

3-3:15pm 10-26-23 owner should watch recording. Staff is rude, and had multiple people walk away without getting waited on. I ended up leaving without my order and the refund has not yet posted. I will not buy from this location again. Dip station was also a mess and multiple pretzels were dipped at once causing white stops.

Man these people working right now is outta control just robbed me literally took my money and didn’t refund me or give me what I paid for something they never gave me unacceptable, my kids was so upset about the matter I had to go someplace else to feed them,I had to keep my composure for them smh WORST PLACE EVER and SERVICE EVER!!!!

Update 6/16/2023:Fast and friendly service. Originally review 3 years ago was one star. Changed for the better here! Hit and fresh pretzels and service was great!2020:Went for a pretzel at the pretzel stand..and there isn't any! After seeing the other reviews I realised this is a common thing here. I love going to the mall and always get a pretzel but I guess I won't here. Not great service here.

My pretzel dogs weren’t even cooked throughly!!! I waited about 25 minutes and this is what I got!!! Never again! They definitely aren’t what they used to be. :(

I had a 5 star experience with the new manager, Jason. We received cold, stale pretzels at the kiosk. Jason refunded our money and had fresh pretzels made for me and my cousin.If the employees do not want to conduct themselves professionally and listen to the managers they should be fired. Horse playing and texting while working should not be permitted.
Wish I could give zero stars. Everyone that works there is just straight up rude and disrespectful. They make you feel uncomfortable for having the audacity to order food at THEIR job they CHOSE to work at. They go out of their way to have an attitude and make you feel bad. They should just close/ fire everybody and put in a new store. I never write reviews for anything but they are just that bad! Also the auntie Anne’s that’s by Macy’s…. I went to hand the guy that was working there money and he told me he wanted exact change. I said that’s fine, do you not have any change? He said no I do. Like what? Mad confusing. At least he was nice to me though.

Auntie Anne’s should find a way to make pretzel vending machines. Every worker at both locations in summit mall should be fired. They stare at their phones and don’t even look up when people stand there waiting to be acknowledged. Also, it doesn’t make sense they don’t give a mall employee discount anymore. Not only do we have to put up with rude and careless employees but the prices are way too expensive for cold, hard, nasty pretzels. Why even stay open? Would be better to have more walking space than a kiosk full of rude people texting in the middle of the mall.

If I could rate it one star, I would. This situation was so upsetting I almost cried in the middle of the food court and took it to H.R. I was in line as one of my friends told me what they wanted. they said something along the lines of a lemonade slushee, and when I asked the front desk worker if they had anything like that she looked at her friends behind her and loudly laughed. She talked to me and rudely exclaimed they had lemonade this and that, which I just chose the first thing she said. As she was making it, she was talking to her friends about it and said the exact words "how are you tryna come here and not know our damn menu?!" as they could be heard across the food court shouting and cackling. This was my birthday weekend which made it even more unsettling. She was working very slow and the things I could see did not look clean, either. The girls were on their phones and openly talking about other customers as well. Will not be back to this location or any others any time soon.

I would give this store 0 start if I could. Clearly they are hiring people who cannot even read, can't even distinguish between "and" vs "or", and arguing that "OR" means "buy one get one free". When I tried to explain to them couple times, workers there don't even listen, they were rolling eyes on me as if I don't know how to read. Since when the word "or" interpreted as "and"?? And then the old lady cashier were yelling at me that she is going to refund my money and I can go buy pretzel at the different location. So much rudeness and attitude for selling pretzel. Never been treated so horribly. Clearly, they didn't wanted to sell it to me bc of the color of my skin. I will never go back to this place ever again.

They suck! the service is crappy, but yet they ask for a tip just to put the cup of pretzels in a bag..? Also the pretzels don't taste the same as they used to and they very rarely cut the pretzel nuggets properly. Last but not least the boards that they use for pretzel making look gross.
