I’ve been a regular to B K for over 40+ years. It’s one of my wife’s and I favorite places to go. Will and crew did such a wonderful job! When Will decided to sell. The new owners stated nothing would change but unfortunately everything has changed. 1. Coney sauce was dry and no where near season enough and or cooked like the original. 2. Shredded cheese instead of sliced. 3. Stopped steaming buns.All and all it is no where near the same. Sad.

Honestly, I only gave a 1 star rating because 0 is not an option. The service here is horrible and nothing like it used to be. This used to be a place to go and have dinner with the family, but the servers are now rude.The rootbeer was warm and tasted very flat. I have seen a review or two that are talking it up, but I know that one of the girls works here. If you're looking for good rootbeer and good coney dogs, this is not the place.So sad to see what new management has done to our local BK.

First time trying it this year since the new owners have taken over, and talk about disappointment! Been going here over 25 years and I can’t believe how quickly they managed to ruin things. The waitress was not only rude , but walked away we paid without asking if we wanted change.Waited over 15 minutes for a single hot dog and small root beer. They must have changed all of the recipes. The coney sauce tastes like plain ground beef and sugar, couldn’t tell if the onions on it were what we ordered to be on top or mixed in the sauce. The buns aren’t soft anymore , they taste freezer burnt and hard. And the poor root beer. Used to have a gallon at home at all times in the summer , my husband and I didn’t even finish a small we split. It was so flat and watery, not to mention warm! It never had ice , but it was always chilled when we got it before , now it was flat and lukewarm. It’s so sad to see this happen to such a successful place. Never thought I’d say this, but I wouldn’t waste my money again on this place. The people cooking in the back definitely aren’t the same and it shows. Sure will miss the old B&K!

New owners I’ve been a loyal customer for 50 years my family had a grocery store just up the road on Manchester next to BP been a lover of the footlong coney dog and the root beer since I was 13 years old I’m now 64 and if I was buying this business I would make sure I got the recipe for coney sauce cause it was terrible and bun was dry and old and hotdog was not even warm.

Didn't like the Coney sauce. Didn't receive onions on dog when I ordered them. Root beer was warm, no ice. Waitress was wonderful. Very friendly. Don't think I will return unless I try something different on menu. Maybe new management is still working on improving sauce. Not sure.

This place is AWFUL!!! $4.50 for a Coney that was closed and barely had any sauce in it. No ketchup or salt for this tiny $2.50 order of fries. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!
The menu is very limited and the food is just awful. No options except fries. No onion rings, no anything but yucky fries.The burgers are frozen patties that look and taste like it. There isn't even a good color to them. No char marks or even browned meat. Just cooked to not raw. Fries tasted freezer-burned. -I used to know the owner of this stand, years and years ago. He used to go to a meat market for all his meat. Obviously he is no longer around because NONE of what we ordered was a fresh, real meat product. Even the hotdogs were skinny and rubbery. Even the root beer was nasty as hell. It was flat before I even finished my sorry excuse for a burger!! We ended up dumping the pops out. I didn't finish my fries for obvious reasons.The lady serving us was friendly enough, I guess... She was "fishing" for her tip which I didn't appreciate. (I work in a restaurant as a server/bartender) - when counting our change out, she asked if we wanted it all back... No class -Overall, I was HIGHLY disappointed and will not EVER go back.

This location on Manchester road is only one of two near us that we can go to to get that great B&k root beer. We also usually get hot dogs. I'll tell you this. The people that drive on that road drive pretty fast and usually have noisy cars. So you know this place must be really good to be able to come there and sit in your car and eat well. That noise is going on.
