We got sat right away, but drinks & order was not taken for at least 15-20 minutes. Then almost an hour after that, no food. The male server was busy talking with friends in the back corner booth, so that could have been part of the problem. The ladies working did try their best to make things right once they found out, and I would go back to sit in their section. I can't rate the food, as it was never received.

Started off fine since we were the only ones in there.. slowly got worse and worse. They only had one bartender on a Saturday during college football?! Could never get a drink, ignored constantly. Servers always vaping, blowing it all over the customers beers. Such a crappy atmosphere and horrible service.. thank goodness this was only a onetime trip… and who the hell does Trivia on a Saturday at 2pm… it was soooo annoying to listen to.. trying to watch football was too much… and the beer taps something was way off. Every beer that was poured had way too much foam.. took forever since they had to keep dumping out the foam..

Horrible experience! Went there before a concert next door and told wait time 45 minutes...an hour later, went up to hostess and told we're next. Got to a seat and told 45 more minutes for food... Needless to say, we left hungry, and disappointed...

I had low expectations going in but I have had a better salads at McDonald’s. The burgers were also bad. Service was terrible. Sat and waited 15 mins before our server came over to our table for the first time. Ordered 2 different draft beers and they were both flat faced

The rudest young waitress was yelling at a person outside on the street, then a second young waitress came up and joined her.
Apparently, they have problems with residents in the low income assistance apartment building across the street.
I don’t know what that had to do with these waitresses yelling at the person though.
Something about wanting free water.

Hannah, Eddie, Abbey, and Rae were absolutely amazing. Such a great environment with amazing people! Very attentive and treat you as a friend they've known forever. One suggestion would be to turn the air conditioner on because it is extremely hot.

The service was less than exceptional for how busy it wasn't. The poor guy next to us was overlooked for over 30 min. (We offered to buy him a drink when we realized our order was taken before his). The loaded tots were amazing and so were our hand helds. We'll likely give them another try in hopes this was a one off experience.
