Waited 1.5 hrs for our meal. Other customers that were seated at the same time as us had their meals and left prior to us getting ours. The waitress kept forgetting to check on us. I had to go to the reception desk twice. Once to ask where our food was, and once to ask for our check. The steak was good, but the potatoes and veggies had no seasoning at all. The lobster ravioli seemed store bought. We did get free dessert and appetizer, plus a discount on our bill... but it's not about the money, it's about wasting a night out (my wife's birthday). Will not be returning.
Beau's needs to cut down the menu and do a few things really well. The food was ok at best.
Our server, Dana was friendly and efficient. The salmon was amazing;however, the roasted beets stole the show! Bonus....it was wine night. The house cabernet was delicious.
Everyone enjoyed their food, it was very busy and the service was a little slow but the server was very polite and she was being runner ragged.
Went with a group of six. The service was good. It was quiet enough that we could converse easily without shouting. The food was very good. I had the chicken parmesan. It was such a serving that we had plenty for leftovers. Everyone seemed to enjoy their meal

I stayed at the DoubleTree for a recent business trip and on the last night I was tired so I went to Beau’s Grille in the hotel. I was surprised to be seated on the terrace on a cold night, but as soon as my server, Shawn, greeted me he asked if I was cold and immediately turned on the heat so I’d be comfortable.
I ordered the beet and burrata salad and the potato pierogies with short rib. Both were delicious and filling. The entire time Shawn was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. He was also serving a large party and another table with two children. He was great!
The food and service were wonderful and I’d definitely return given the opportunity.

From the Hostess stand throughout our meal service was impeccable. The server was bubbly, extremely competent and when asked a question she didn't know, she went and found the answer. The busser was friendly and engaging. Our meal was prepared to perfection and nicely platted. My wife had the Scallops and they were abundant and tasty.. I had the pepperjack cheeseburger which was cooked to perfection topped with lettuce, tomato and onion.
The food and service are always satisfying. Menu selections are varied and complement dietary wishes.
Stayed for a month. Clam Chowder excellent, except the sand/grit. Can't go wrong with the Mediterranean plate. Caeser salad was good, although one night, no anchovies. Other than that, everything has been gross. Mussels, great, then a rotten one. Vegetables, almost raw, no seasoning. Zaatar Grouper, zero taste of zaatar and grouper was tough. Tuna they ruined. Super Food Salad had rotten grey/brown avocado and shredded cheese (not listed on menu). Absolutely gross mashed potatoes. You could eat a better potato microwaved plain. Bread: plain hard white bread served w/individual plastic containers of butter - Gross. Key lime pie - don't bother. Almost everything was absolutely gross or rotten. We tried, A LOT of different food and it was consistently gross. Never eating here again. I'm surprised we didn't get sick.
