I used to love this place but service has really gone down. It took over 35 minutes for 4 cars to make it through the drive thru. I got asked what my order was 3 times when I pulled up to the window. Food and drinks are still great but service is bottom of the barrel

I like their coffee better than Starbucks, but it's takes forever and a day to get it. Then they say there is a tip option on the credit card machine. I usually tip over 20%, but when it takes you all day to make my coffee I'm not tipping. Love the coffee, but will return to Starbucks because the wait time is ridiculous.
