Great experience! We had the ball park cheeseburg. And the hand dipped mozzarella sticks. So good! Shout out to Chauncey for serving us well!

Just tried ordering again from this place right when they opened and once again my order was canceled. I tried calling 5 times to speak to someone and no answer. Never again.
Thank you for replying but this is the 2nd time you've canceled an order with me and no one ever answers the phone. I'm not giving my money to a company that conducts business like this and is unreliable.

Stop searching. This is the best burger in Akron. Or anywhere, for that matter. I've always considered myself a burger connoisseur. Tried many, many burgers across the country. I've always held Swenson's up above all others with the exception of maybe In-N-Out. And no disrespect to Swenson's, but there's a new best burger in my book. Right here at Bob's!! Amazing cheeseburger. I'm not going to regale you with the details, just go try it. THIS is what a cheeseburger is all about. Perfection! I had a triple two weeks ago and a quad last Friday. This will be my new burger spot. Shout out to Nate in the kitchen. Friendly, informative, and cooked the best burger I've ever had. Thanks, Nate!! See you soon. Real soon!!

Not many places you go where 3 minutes till the kitchen closes and there he is willing to grill me up something great even tho I'm sure he's had a very long night. Told him I've never been here. He makes me the most delicious burger I've ever had the sauce incredible. Burger cooked to perfection. Says he made me his personal favorite. Best burger in town. But the service !? EVEN BETTER!!

The "milk shake" was the worst thing I've ever witnessed in my life. Was told this place had the best burgers in town by a friend, maybe it was true years ago but it's not true today. Seems like they treat their staff badly too.

I was here on St.Patty’s day, I was hungry and tipsy, I go up to the Bobs Hamburg kiosk and order a burger n fries. This burger shoulda came with bottle service for how good it was. I had to ask what the cooks name was and what days he worked. His name is Nate, if you’re at Rays and Nate is cooking, do you a favor and ORDER FOOD!

They used to have fair prices for their food. They've raised their prices and the quality is no longer anywhere near the price. For over $12 per hamburger the quality better be phenomenal. This place has gone over a cliff. Maybe they got too popular and thought their food was better than it actually is? Whatever the case, it's not worth the money to go here anymore. There are far superior places for the price. KNOW YOUR PLACE!

Went to this place today. My bun wa hard. the meat was good but when the bill came they charged us way more than the the menu price. I ordered a double cheese burger and so did someone else and was charged 13 something.. I also got a single burger snd not a double.. my husband had the hot flaming burger which was a single burger and and they gave him 2 pattys . someone else with me got the burger with the hot dogs on it and was charged at least $4 more then advertised.. they got rootbeer was advertised $3 a peice and was charge $6. you know I can go menches and get s better meal! we won't be back! this should not have been a $70 bill! this is the menu they posted on this page 21 hours ago.. oh and we asked for a basket of fries they brought 2 he said was alot af fries so we assumed it was to make it easier for 4 people to share.. nope charged us for 2!

If you ever been to Akron Ohio or if you ever plan on going to Akron Ohio you have to try one of Akron's most famous and historic restaurants Bob hamburger this restaurant is amazing I have the old locations although it is change owners many times over the years it has never sacrifice tease or quality of ingredients that hamburgers are truly mouthwatering and will leave you craving another one in the front for some of the best friend from Riverhead they are my favorite kind the carnival style and cut French fries and they give you a big helping to truly appreciate Akron and understand its history I encourage everyone to be this wonderful amazing restaurant

The Burger was decent, nothing special. The bun is cheap and not very good. The milkshake...isn't a milkshake. It's like an icey whipped milk with a little sugar in it. Hard to explain but it's not good, no vanilla, just bland. The fries are pretty good but too much salt. The chicken was kinda tough and the breading had no real flavor to it. Honestly why would I get this over much better options in the area.
