Ordered 4 burgers, 3 fries, chicken tenders and 2 milkshakes to go. Waited :45 and the food was cold and shakes were melted before we walked out the door. Don’t get why. Must have been having a bad day. Can tell that it wanted to be good.

Stop searching. This is the best burger in Akron. Or anywhere, for that matter. I've always considered myself a burger connoisseur. Tried many, many burgers across the country. I've always held Swenson's up above all others with the exception of maybe In-N-Out. And no disrespect to Swenson's, but there's a new best burger in my book. Right here at Bob's!! Amazing cheeseburger. I'm not going to regale you with the details, just go try...

Not many places you go where 3 minutes till the kitchen closes and there he is willing to grill me up something great even tho I'm sure he's had a very long night. Told him I've never been here. He makes me the most delicious burger I've ever had the sauce incredible. Burger cooked to perfection. Says he made me his personal favorite. Best burger in town. But the service !? EVEN BETTER!!
