I will never go back. Got lemon pepper rub they was hard as hell. Besides that asked for a cup of ice ,on one of the hottest days,young man said we don't give out water. I just paid 18 dollars for 13 wing's and I can't get a cup of ice. Be for real

Edit: after first horrible experience, i tried it again because i didnt want taco bell. The two women working were sitting on the counter where they make food (gross) the other women gave me a mean look and told me im not alowed to wait outside for my food? I know the pool of applicants is poor, but holy crap, its like being rude is a quality here, now i feel naisiated 10 min after eating... just go to circle k across the street for food. Read the reviews!!Original: Make sure u order an hour before they close or they will not take ur order over the phone. Also if they mess your order up you will be intimidated for them not to make it right. I had to call a different location to fix my order at the hawkins location... sucks cause id like to go there. Every time a bad experience.

Expensive and poor quality. Called out staff for throwing it together with crumbs and they were extremely rude. Won’t be back. This was one of the worst experiences I have had at a restaurant. Some of the wings were smaller than a quarter and the employees were nasty to me for telling them it wasn’t acceptable. The one leaned over the counter and got in my face even. Garbage. Zero stars. Hope this place goes out of business.

Here we Go again more workers eating food while they're handing me illegal disgusting inconsiderate and just plain moronic not sure if this is a franchise but whatever it is manager owner needs to school your employees not to be eating and handing food to people dangerous not to mention prices are sky high here but where are they not higher then hell

Went here recently and had a horrible experience. ordered food on the app and was told it would be ready by 5 o’clock. Went to pick up food at 5:15 and it wasn’t ready. Was told it would still “be a while“. Once food was brought out, it was cold and barely edible. Will not go back again.

Food was 30 minutes late. Food was missing. Didn't realize until I got home. Went back without the bag of food so it didn't get cold and they refused to give me my 6 wings from a 50 dollar order. The employees also received 2 door dashes for the employees before my food was ready. One included toilet paper lol never again

Pretty awful experience this time and every other time. This time was no different, they forgot a whole sandwich, no veggies, no ranch/ dipping sauces, and worst of all, there was NO SAUCE ON THE WINGS? How does that even happen? Wings were chewy and overdone, but I guess at least we had all of them. Your money is far better spent at Wingstop or Wing Warehouse (try the Mojave Ranch!). I just... how does a wing place forget the sauce and a whole sandwich.Oh, and if you try and do the "6 bonus wings" offer, they wont allow it on mobile, I assume in store or on a computer is the only way you can do that. Obviously this location (probably) doesn't have anything to do with that.

Came to get some burgers about 9:45 pm March 19th young man said his manager said station was shut down heavy set woman. Even acted like she had a attitude because I came in I come here often so I know that wasn’t right I just don’t understand if the store close at 11 she stops selling at 9:45

Theses where the worst wings I’ve had in forever. I decided I would try Buffalo Wild Wings instead of wing stop and that was a huge mistake. First the wings were tiny baby wings with no sauce, it was like eating chicken jerky the skin was so tuff. The boneless wing where also sauce less and tiny. The fries were the highlight of the meal and that’s pretty sad coming from a wing restaurant. For the money they are charging for wings they should be big. I can go to roosters or wing stop and get normal sized wings for less money. I feel like I got ripped off.
