The cashier (manager with dreads) kept cutting us off before we finished any sentence so I decided to not order. I chose BW3 over wingstop because of the way they are cooked in tallow, but I’m going to head back over to wingstop because the customer service may be better over there. The manager never told the amount of time that it would take the order and when I asked she wouldn’t even look at me , told me 5 minutes and walked to the back. I’ll make sure ppl go to another location.

I ordered online for pickup. The lobby was very clean with upbeat music playing. The young lady at the counter greeted me with a smile. Polite and professional. The food was great. The wings had plenty of meat, and the sauce was coated evenly. The burger was great, too.

I've ordered twice, they gave me the wrong order the first time and didn't give me the whole order the second time, will not be going back.
I will never go back. Got lemon pepper rub they was hard as hell. Besides that asked for a cup of ice ,on one of the hottest days,young man said we don't give out water. I just paid 18 dollars for 13 wing's and I can't get a cup of ice. Be for real

Edit: after first horrible experience, i tried it again because i didnt want taco bell. The two women working were sitting on the counter where they make food (gross) the other women gave me a mean look and told me im not alowed to wait outside for my food? I know the pool of applicants is poor, but holy crap, its like being rude is a quality here, now i feel naisiated 10 min after eating... just go to circle k across the street for food. Read the reviews!!Original: Make sure u order an hour before they close or they will not take ur order over the phone. Also if they mess your order up you will be intimidated for them not to make it right. I had to call a different location to fix my order at the hawkins location... sucks cause id like to go there. Every time a bad experience.

Expensive and poor quality. Called out staff for throwing it together with crumbs and they were extremely rude. Won’t be back. This was one of the worst experiences I have had at a restaurant. Some of the wings were smaller than a quarter and the employees were nasty to me for telling them it wasn’t acceptable. The one leaned over the counter and got in my face even. Garbage. Zero stars. Hope this place goes out of business.

Here we Go again more workers eating food while they're handing me illegal disgusting inconsiderate and just plain moronic not sure if this is a franchise but whatever it is manager owner needs to school your employees not to be eating and handing food to people dangerous not to mention prices are sky high here but where are they not higher then hell
