I normally don’t eat fast foods but today was an exception! I stop there after an event. I ordered a whopper with cheese and a bottle of water. The young man at the window greeted me with a smile and confirmed my order. He gave me my order and told me to have a great day with a big smile. My bottled water was ice cold, just the way I like it. My sandwich was hot and fresh, along with the lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. I was very pleased with the service and my food.

Consistency is what you get at B K. The fries were hot and fresh. The Whopper Junior was heaping with lettuce and tomato. The associate was friendly and helpful.. They even had the Goodyear Blimp flying above for entertainment.

On my way to BK on my scooter, I saw a friend I met 3 years ago when I first came to this city. So, I bought them breakfast. At times, this BK has been a little slow but the food has always been good, fresh, friendly and the order has always been correct. We ate a bunch of food and it was all perfect. Hope your visit is perfect as well!

Just spent 15 minutes sitting at the drive-thru speaker four cars including myself pulled away without ever getting a chance to order because the lady taking orders was chit-chatting at the front window

I would rate zero stars if possible. I went through the drive thru after being in the hospital for days with no food. My bacon egg and cheese biscuit had the top part of the biscuit, a half of piece of egg, and a slice of cheese. It was in pieces thrown in the wrapper. No bottom part of the biscuit. The sandwich looked like it had been squeezed in a ball. The other sandwiches were all like this. The hashbrowns was still completely frozen. I go back to let them know they messed up my order, where they proceed to tell me (with attitude from all 3 workers standing in the window) that their cook has been awake for 2 weeks straight and that was why our food was messed up. The manager then keeps going on with attitude saying she could not and would not refund us, after we finally say we just wanted a refund. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Extremely rude staff. Pretty sad with the prices we pay for food these days, that we can't even get the food we pay for, or a refund for them refusing to give us or food. Disgusting.

Brittany picked her nose and was touching people food and was extremely rude. They messed up on my order then when I told her she snatched it out my hand and put the messed up order back on the warmer after I touched it. Very gross thing to do all around

Messed up my order.. how do you get made to order burgers and nuggets and they be refrigerator cold? $35 order might as well ate out of my fridge.

We received great service in the drive thru on our work break. The staff was very nice, the food was fresh and correct, and the bag was packed well! Thank you for your great work, terrific service, and high attention to detail!
