I'm very LATE posting this WELL DESERVED review. I've been going through the drive thru here for months now and have gotten THE BEST service and food! It's HOT and they have amazed me with the amount of EXTRAS they provide without me even asking! talkin' CREAM and SUGAR people! I'm VERY Stingy about frequenting restaurants, but they're making it hard for me to keep it up! If they keep doing things this way, I won't stop driving thru!

As a white man, it broke my heart to see another person of my race say to an African American mother on Friday that she would hang and let her family sexually assault the woman’s kids at the drive thru window. The mother was crying to her children’s father who is also a worker, a black African American man l, about food for their children and the female worker was laughing at the mother and it was very unprofessional. It was so bad the police were called out. Not sure where the mangers were but it was chaotic. The female worker was yelling and screaming threatening and saying degrading comments as the mother asked her to stay out of it the worker continued to yell that the father was her boyfriend and laughed at the mother. Even the father was yelling for the female worker to stop saying the things she was saying. It needs to be more professional with less degrading words. In the economy today it is hard to get by and that woman just wanted to help to feed her children. I would never come back and recommend others not to go as well. Every time I come that same female worker is arguing and saying racist comments. I’m surprised the mother did not get through the window . I’m sure it’s seen and heard if there are cameras in the workplace as well as both workers were recording.

Hello, I came here today to place an order, but one of your employees was very rude and acted like they didn’t want to take my order. Their attitude was unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. I believe customers should be treated with more respect and kindness. I hope you can look into this and make sure this doesn’t happen again.

Doors was supposed to be open at 7am, I got there at 9:30am and it was closed. Only thing that was open was the drive thru. Secondly I asked for a medium hash brown they gave me a small and lastly I asked for grape jelly and I didn’t receive it. All in all the food was mid and overall experience was a 2/10. They need step their game up or they won’t be recommended by me to anyone else ever and I mean ever again. Thank you.

This is the worst Burger King ever. The drive through employee Tee claimed to be the manager. Even though I know nothing will happen I am definitely calling corporate in the morning. It’s in the hood so I guess that’s what people should expect. Definitely putting this story all over social media with the manager’s picture. Say Cheese Tee

Two of our sandwiches were incorrectly made and were not remotely close to being correct. The only thing they got correct was the Oreo milkshake and our fries. Hopefully this is just a one time occurrence but definitely something to be aware of when ordering food from this location.

I've ordered here alot but when I saw the person making burgers and other sandwiches while touching his phone being unsanitary I was displeased for sure.
