I tried to order a sausage egg and cheese croissant and have the sausage on the side. They told me they would have to charge extra. What happened to have it your way. I'll never go back. I've had to many bad service experiences.

Went to drive thru, no line, ordered 2 large fries, my elderly friend paid with her credit card young kid was not friendly said I'd get receipt at next window. Pulled up and young kid gave us our fries. Asked for receipt, he said something wrong with machine and couldn't and give me one. Got home looked in bag and was surprised each box was half full and fries were cold. I was embarrassed because I told my elderly friend that BK had the best fries. I will never go there again!

This location is run down and dirty, 50% of the drink machine doesn't work and has dirty signs on it. The employees smell like weed, and I literally seen the cashier eating fries directly from the fry hopper with a dirty ungloved hand. This location is a disgrace and should be embarrassing to the company. Definitely would NOT recommend.

No idea what I was charged for. Paid over a THIRD more than I should've AND didn't get the right food. (Yes, I was overcharged even if that had been what I ordered). Had the electronic order board been working/turned on, I would've clearly seen what was going on. Then the cashier couldn't be heard and no receipt. This place goes in cycles and they're obviously going downhill again.

The food was ok but I placed an online order. Went to the drive thru and was told to pull up in front of the doors and wait. In the fire lane with the signs that clearly say no stopping, parking etc......... Also in the lane where I'm blocking traffic and cars are trying to come in and out! And it took them over 10 minutes to get my order out to me!
Why the hell would this place allow employees to smoke while giving food to people health inspection needs to come here

The bathrooms are clean the service is good everybody The food is served fast and hot. We really like coming here, and the people are extremely pleasant all of them. Thank you

It seems people only right reviews to say bad things. Let me just set it clear since I frequent this location only. Out of every Burger King around this one is the best. I can say my food is always hot and taste fresh. Never dried up meat, never double dipped tasting fries, and never dry or stale buns. The new decor is nice. Some times the older or teen employees can be a little snippy. We all are aloud a bad day. All I have to say is the wait time is better than most. Also the food is always fresh, Hot and on time. This one is where I go! **Stay away from Manchester rd.
