My mobile order was missing mozzarella sticks, so I went back and was told they don’t have mozzarella sticks. Why wouldn’t you tell me that when I’m there picking up my order and not when I’m coming back for missing food?Whopper with no onion rings extra lettuce had onion on it and no extra lettuce. Whatever these burger flippers make is too much.

There really isn't anything special or bad about this Burger King. I wish I could give a more in depth review, but if you've had Burger King then you know what to expect.

Ordered through the mobile app for pick up at counter, arrived 10 minutes later and stood alone at counter waiting for another 15 minutes for my order which was sitting getting cold the whole time. The only person working the counter was prioritizing the drive though. Handing me my bag once the drive though was cleared took 2 seconds. It would be nice if the order was at the counter for pick up like the app states. Cold burger, limp ingredients and no extra onion or pickles as ordered.

This location is a joke.I arrived at the drive-thru window at 8:15 am and waited for 10 minutes before someone finally came on and said they were closed until their manager came in at 9..there's always an issue here.Dont waste your time or money.
It's Burger King. There's not much to say. I don't eat fast food much because it's all mostly garbage

20 minutes in line still have asked for my order, it's like this every time we come here, so much for fast food..29 minutes later our food is handed to us and is cold. pretty sad what nice area this store is in with such low class service and food quality.
