employees like to close the store down early while still accepting mobile orders, taking the money, and then not fulfilling the orders. They told us at the drive thru they closed early on sundays but google hours and the mobile app says otherwise. Either management sucks or there was none on staff tonight.

the lady that gave me my food around 12:20 ish was rude, so rude. I explained that i didn’t want all 3 meals and all she said was “i don’t see a problem” very rudely. All i wanted was a refund considering that i didn’t want all that food. and the fact that she had a complete attitude was not okay.

We ordered the mushroom sourdough sandwich, got home to eat and we both took one bite and spit it out. The most disgusting sandwich ever, what a waste off money.

My husband and I stop in to try one of the melts sandwiches ... SMH ...1st let me tell you that they where not busy at all ... both the melt sandwiches where served cold the cheese was not even melted ... the fries and onion rings cold as well ... I really hate getting warmer drawer meet at what is suppost to be a fast food flame cook burger place 🤬

Asked for large onion rings, but she kept ringing up fries. After the 4th time, I said I would cancel the entire order if she couldn't remove the fries and add a large onion ring. "Oh, sh*t, my bad," and laughter followed. I'm a 78yo. lady and was taking my 6yo granddaughter through BK for a 4-pc. nugget, a Jr. Cheeseburger and a chocolate shake. This girl was rude and definitely not paying attention, and when I paid at the drive-thru, my order STILL had fries and no rings. She said I had to go back around through the drive-thru while they made my rings. There were 4 cars in line when I pulled around, and it took 8 minutes to get back to the window where she gave me a SMALL ring that was cool, overcooked and dark brown, very hard. I showed her this, and she told me I would have to go back through the drive-thru while she got a new order.After all this, I left after paying for a non-existent large onion ring, a medium chocolate shake, a 4pc nugget, and a jr. cheeseburger. This was at the BK on Arlington Rd. I was and am still very upset about this incident, especially since my granddaughter had asked for MCD's across the street from BK, but I had convinced her that BK had better shakes and onion rings. She said the cheeseburger wasn't warm, and it was hard, but the milkshake was really good. Please fix the problem at this location if possible. Thank you.
Just waited 8 min at speaker 815 am Tuesday nobody there nice atleast put sign up saying closed and the people leaving good reviews are family or friends to workers nice job

Pulled up to get order sat for 3 minutes with no one on line. Finally get waited on. Get to the window to pay. The cashier opens the window and pot smell just comes rolling out the window as soon as it opens. We pay. Pull up to grab food. Start to go to pull out of parking lot and half the order missing. Guess the pot heads got the munchies. Won't be back.
