After service so rude from Freddy's (across the street) we canceled our order and had our faith restored in humanity by the employees at this store. The woman who took our order was kind, respectful and went above and beyond to check to see if you had spicy chicken fries. Entire staff was pleasant and food was fresh. Had to state how much we appreciated it after the horrible service at Freddy's. Thank you BK crew!

Placed a Mobile order and they didn’t even have it but it got charged to my card so I will be contacting my bank to get my money back because when I went to get my food they said they didn’t get it and I double checked the location and it was right and it said it was ready also the employee there gave me a lot of attitude while I was trying to figure this out because I had already paid I will never be going to this location ever again because I can’t stand being disrespected like that I have never drove off faster

Ordered cheeseburgers both cold and the pattys were like they were sitting in a tray for a long time. Dry as hell. The sweet tea was regular tea. Awful. Slow slow slow service.

I go in there everymorning the service is outstanding
Went in at 12:56 pm, walked out at 1:15pm. Tertiable customer service. I stood for 15 minutes for only a cheeseburger, fries and coke. Plus I was first in line. Drive thru went thru 25 cars before I was waited on. Managers name was Doug. There was NO ice for pop, no catsup for fries. This is a fast food restaurant is wrong. To top it off my sister ordered an impossible burger with no onions and cheese. Hers had everything. Onions and cheese. If I hadn't been with a buss trip and had time, I would have went someplace else.

As a door dasher, I see a lot of fast food & sit down restaurants. I waited for 15 minutes for a dash order, as I watched numerous cars in the drive-thru got their orders. If that want bad enough, I wasn't even acknowledged as I stood there, waiting. I know times are tough with a lack of employees but seriously, one of them was a manager & I know she knows better than to not say hello, apologize for the wait or even ask what I was there for. A moment of good customer service goes a long way when the wait is 15 minutes at a FAST food joint.

Unfortunately, this is one of the slowest Burger King’s around after placing my order online. I still wait in line for approximately 20 minutes and there was only two vehicles in front of me the whole time.
