After being bounced around at 3 other companies, I found the Cake and Candy Depot. Right from the beginning, Frank was extremely helpful. I told him what I wanted, he said he would check and get back to me.
He got back sooner than he said, was able to get better pricing than other companies and ship quicker to Illinois.
WOW is an understatement. I will gladly recommend this business to anyone looking for great service, great chocolate and a friendly company to do business with.

I called to see if they were open. Got no answer. The voicemail said to refer to Google for the hours. Their Google says they are open. I drive there and they are not open. I have came to this store a few times and each time the same man was rushing me and following me with his eyes. Saying they limit the time in the store about 15 mins. Cause that worked during Covid. One time I was the only one in the store. So early afternoon. The second time it was me and one other. Same ordeal. I do not feel valued as a customer here. Not one time coming here.

At The Cake & Candy Depot, shelves are always stocked, store is clean and organized, and everyone is willing to go that extra mile to be helpful. The BEST prices around, and I cannot stress the wonderful staff!

I absolutely LOVE the owner of this place! He is always so kind and greets me as soon as I walk in the door! I've been a loyal customer for over 5 yrs and I don't buy my cupcake containers and other plastic containers anywhere else!! They have low prices and the best customer service! If you've never been here, I highly recommend them!! I moved and I still drive over 25 minutes to go to this cake shop, definitely worth the drive!! I would give them 10 stars if I could!! Love them!!
