Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

One of the most unprofessional places ever! I went in here to place an order and paid using my card. The machine said approved on my end. The Guy who took my order decided to tell me afterwards that the machine has been down all day not working for the customers! He stated it paid half of my transaction and I would have to pay the difference. Cool so the assistant manager Stephanie comes over and says don't have another form of payment? Because our cash register has been down all day. So I decided to decline and request for a refund and my receipt!! This lady deletes my order which prevents me from having a receipt!!!!!!!!!! What type of business is this!!! I'm am highly upset and disappointed! I don't even live in the area and could have got food else where!!!! Still haven't gotten a receipt or my money back!

This was my first time getting food from there. It was okay. Nothing special. Kind of expensive for the quantity of food. I don't mind paying extra for really good food but this was mediocre at best.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is absolutely ridiculous!? I ordered through DoorDash for delivery and my order was stolen and the restaurant refused to make my order to be delivered to me. Absolutely ridiculous and completely unacceptable.

Ordered Charlie's tonight 2 California chicken sandwiches through Doordash at 8pm store I guess decided that's a no go for whatever reason. That's a 1 star review in a nutshell.

Ordered food online . Picked up 3 minutes after app said it was ready . I had to wait for someone placing an order . Was not worth the $18.00 . I will not be back !

I love Charley's. I was excited that we finally got one close to where I live. I was disappointed to find this new location doesn't offer the chili wings or the seasoning that's usually on the steaks. Our server was kind of rude. The restaurant wasn't real clean despite only being open for a short time. I'll continue to drive to North Canton instead. I'll never go back to the Waterloo Rd location.

I order 2 separate meals the forgot to put fries in one box called the customer services line and the restaurant lied and said they put all the fries in one box. Why Lie?

It's pretty good overall. They do have pretty good service although it can be a bit slow sometimes. I like the side options they have compared to other places but the cheesesteaks are just average in my opinion. Nothing special.

It was the first time I was at this location but it seemed just like the rest of them I was at so that is what I look for but in a good way.

Parking: Huge plaza if all else fails but hardly ever busy.

Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely had accessibility.
