Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

Every time I order a chicken California it is made incorrectly... EVERY SINGLE TIME. Even when I ask for it to be made a certain way (lettuce, raw onion, MAYO, & ranch, it is not made correctly. Mayo is literally on the menu as a topping for this sandwich, yet MAYO is never on my sandwich. This seems like such a small thing but when I have to say something every time & still have to call & complain or return to the store which wastes my time and gas. When this could literally be avoided if the employees followed directions or cared which they clearly do not. This happens at either location I use. It's absolutely ridiculous & an inconvenience.

This is probably one of the best Charleys I've ever been to. The wings are amazing! They always get our order right, and are so friendly!

Every time I went to Charlie’s, everything was good and was satisfied. But tonight I ordered at 9:30 at the drive-through and I get home and I ate half of my sandwich so I started eating the other half there was a hair in it so then I was looking through a sandwich and there was another hair. Never going to that place again

Ordered quite clearly a regular old-school, got a small and paid for a regular. Check your food before leaving. Quite frustrating.

Food was excellent. Fries were nice and crispy. Got a chicken Philly and steak Philly bread was warm and soft. Service was quick and accurate.

Very rude employees they basically just throw that your food at you they don't tell you the order number they don't give you a receipt with your order to make sure that it is your order when you ask them what order it is they give you dirty looks at a smart attitude I also witnessed them being very rude with other customers as well I'm extremely displeased the food was okay not worth $17

The lady that served our order in our front of our face tried to steal our milkshake and gave us an attitude when we asked for it and tried to act like we did not order it when it was on the receipt with expensive as they are and small as they are that's just wrong I don't think that lady should have a job there

Not handicap friendly whatsoever, after attempting to pick up an order through driveway and being made to go inside for pick up, after explaining I am disabled and walk with a cane, I was told “You have to walk anyway, get over it.” 😤 NEVER going back there again and I suggest anyone reading this doesn’t either.

Would be cool if this place wasn’t so busy and actually acknowledge you when you walk in or while you’re waiting to order. I love Charley’s but holy crap this place is hit or miss. Like how yall have an order with 3 sandwiches on it sitting on yall screen at 20+ minutes and back to back orders with small stuff on there while people are all crowded in a 10 foot space and half of them arnt even making food. I walked out. Thankfully I went to “the original cheesesteak and hoagie co” and it was awesome. You guys lost me maybe I’ll drive the extra 10 minutes and go to the north canton location instead.
