Should be retrained in customer service, the gentleman cooking to is quite polite, she decides to get a terrible attitude because tap didnt go through right away...and then continued to roll her eyes and give me more attitude when I said okay the pad needs reset because I tapped to quickly. She just continued her attitude and proceeded to act if im the idiot. Then kept smirking at me in line and at the table while I ate. So I have a video and picture of her actions as well. Appalling INSANE

yo! shout out all yall at charleys, been eatin at this specific location since i was like 9 years old and the food is always absolutely amazing. i work at the mall, somebody came by with the friday samples and had me a killer chicken philly.

Placed order in person for carry out. When we got home we realized the order was completely wrong. They must’ve given us someone else’s.
Tried to call for a refund - but they don’t have a direct line. Customer service was hard to understand. They said they could have the store manager reach us but we need to send them a picture of the wrong order. Such a hassle. Will dispute the charge. We should be have to jump through hoops to get the order we paid for or to be refunded for the wrong order. Absolutely ridiculous

First time ordering from here and I’m impressed. I personally like it better than subway. The chicken California and Philly cheesesteak were so good. The Cajun fries were also good. We recommend this place for a nice hot sandwich.

Picture this: you wander over, drawn in by the promise of sizzling onions and the distant dream of cheesesteak perfection. But what you get is a sandwich that's about as memorable as that B-list movie you watch on a rainy Saturday afternoon. I received excellent service and the food was prepared promptly, it just wasn’t very good.
The sampleman standing in front of the restaurant was probably aware of the food’s lack of taste because he was making no effort to hand samples to potential customers or mall walkers. I’m used to samplemen and samplewomen aggressively trying to hand me a sample by sticking it in front of my face. While this is annoying it also shows a commitment to hard work.
While this restaurant has the convenience of being sandwich place in the food court, it doesnt have a whole lot else going for it.

Well I only had a $50 bill . I ordered 35 worth the food. Go to pay and they say they don't take 50's.Unbelievable you would not take my 50. So the meal was great. Ya great in a dream

Third time I’ve tried under this new staff. 2 people in front me had screwed up orders and mine was also wrong. No English speaking workers, and for the third time, no English literate workers it seems.Ever since the staff completely changed, it has been a mess.Done with it.
