Chef Gina did an amazing job with our wedding cake and desserts! She took the vision I had for our cake and turned it into a reality. She was incredibly helpful and patient thru the process of deciding on flavors for our cupcakes — and they were all absolutely delicious. Our guests raved about the entire dessert table. The macarons and the cupcakes were by far everyone’s favorite! We would highly recommend Gina for all your dessert needs.
My sister just used Chef Gina’s Bake Shop for her wedding cake and cupcakes. I’m not much of a sweets person but my God were they both delicious. The cake and cupcakes were so soft and moist, the icing was very creamy. Excellent quality. I’d absolutely recommend this establishment.

I thought Chef Gina's work was cut out for her when we asked for a cake for our sons birthday that was lord of the rings themed. Not only did she craft an amazing looking Hobbit cake, but it was the best tasting cake I've ever had.
My guests didn't even want to cut into it at first if it meant ruining the design and only agreed to cut the cake after taking many pictures. Such a great decision to go to Gina.
