I thought Chef Gina's work was cut out for her when we asked for a cake for our sons birthday that was lord of the rings themed. Not only did she craft an amazing looking Hobbit cake, but it was the best tasting cake I've ever had.
My guests didn't even want to cut into it at first if it meant ruining the design and only agreed to cut the cake after taking many pictures. Such a great decision to go to Gina.
