I had to stand around for a while waiting for my online order, which was supposed to be ready 10 minutes before I arrived. Turns out it was just sitting there getting cold instead of being on the shelf for easy grab when I came in. Also, the plywood look around the soda fountain area feels too temporary and doesn’t quite give off the cool, industrial vibe it seems to aim for. A little more attention to detail could go a long way!

This chipotle never has salad dressing. Also this is the second time there has been no ice. I only come to this location like 3-4 times a year but every time I do it's horrible. You tell the staff and they look at you like you're invisible.

First off, let me say this has been an ongoing issue of Chipotle not having enough food ordered. Not just this store either. We went in and asked to make sure they had enough food they told us yes, and then we asked how long they were open they said they were taking orders until 11. Now a party member of mine is going without food because of their lack of communication, since we ordered and they couldn't fulfill everything we needed. Which was just four meals. Then when I tried to get napkins one of the girls working tried to be aggressive and not let me have them. The lack of professionalism with this store specifically and Chipotle as a whole is enough to make me not come back.
