I had to stand around for a while waiting for my online order, which was supposed to be ready 10 minutes before I arrived. Turns out it was just sitting there getting cold instead of being on the shelf for easy grab when I came in. Also, the plywood look around the soda fountain area feels too temporary and doesn’t quite give off the cool, industrial vibe it seems to aim for. A little more attention to detail could go a long way!

The food is always good but I’m getting tired of y’all running out of vinaigrette. Every time I try to get food from here y’all never have vinaigrette. It’s making y’all lose customers. Please stock up on the vinaigrette!

This chipotle is the most hit or miss I’ve ever seen. I’ve lived in Akron for 2 years and it is never consistent. You can go and get the best food with the best quantity and best service, or you get what happened tonight. They were out of brown rice, sour cream, pinto beans, almost every meat, corn salsa, and chips. I went to use my freepotle chips because the freepotle was finally a good option and the one night I go, half the products aren’t available. I was also charged...
