I used to come in hear all the time and stopped a yr and a half ago well I decided to give it another try this week and I was greeted by the friendliest girl, I hope she is a manager, she was doing everything my food was amazing!!! And the customer service I can’t wait to go in and see that lil Blonde girl again

This is the second time I’ve had a frustrating experience at this Chipotle location. The staff on the line, particularly one male employee, seems overwhelmed and unable to multitask effectively. I’m on a strict keto diet and clearly stated that I don’t eat rice or beans, yet he looked confused and still put dripping wet greens into my bowl, which watered everything down.
He also rushed through my son’s burrito order, added queso when I didn’t ask for it, and ended up having to throw the whole thing away and remake it. The process felt chaotic, and instead of working through orders one by one with care, everything felt rushed and disorganized.
Worse, I felt judged by several employees as if I was the problem, simply for expecting my order to be done correctly. There’s never any meat ready, the prices keep rising, and the quality of service continues to decline. To top it off, there was no hot sauce available by the utensils and multiple people were loitering right outside the entrance trying to sell candy—I didn’t feel safe walking in with my child.
This is by far the worst Chipotle in Akron. The management seriously needs to step up, properly train their staff, and bring some order to this location. In order words, Add more yt people and allow a female do to the assembly line

rude customer service rice was undercooked and hard
Never in my 31 years of life have I felt the need to warn others not to even waste their time. This specific location: 825 West Market St. Akron, OH has the rudest staff that I’ve honestly ever encountered, and a very clear lack of management. From the moment my mother and I walked in, the employees just stared at us with disgust, and said nothing. Mind you, we were the only ones in at the time as well. Still no communication at all, not one word was said, and certainly no affability at all whatsoever. While so busy making it clear we weren’t wanted, I guess they didn’t have time to clean the filthy store either. Needless to say Clearly this is acceptable by the owner, because I can see from the comments that nothing has changed. Working in the food and beverage industry myself, I’ve seen places close for a lot less. Do better. Or just close so that a new place that actually wants to provide good business can have an opportunity👍

This one is ran like a well oiled machine. They were busy as ever (as all chipotles are at lunch time) but not only did everyone work together to get the orders made and get people back to work, but they all had smiles on their faces and didn’t make you feel like you were a burden. They also get a bonus for having a clean bathroom lol!

This place has been going downhill recently .but it's Chipotle so whatever you're going to get something pretty decent tasting right but it really was so overpowered with oregano I couldn't even eat it and I'll eat just about anything

Never in my 20 years of life have I had such bad service to the point I actually took time out of my day to go online and write a review but this store managed to! Staff is incredibly rude. Portion sizes are awful. Asked for guac and dude put a legit tablespoon of guac on my burrito and when I asked for more he told me I had to pay extra. Even asked him for a little bit more and he told me I could leave if I wanted. Super rude staff and food was mid. Don't stop at this restaurant. 1/10.
