It’s been about 2 years and I got delivery.I was so disappointed in the lack of quality and quantity that I received.My full salad bowl was half in a large container and sloppy. The guacamole was the best. Half empty container of the queso dip? What happened to your freshness and high standards? Would’ve returned but it was a delivered.

I bought two burrito bowls last night and when it arrived after paying $50, it turned up cold and the steak on it was inedible. It was grisly, fatty, and disgusting. I was very disappointed to have to throw it away after spending that much. I raised a complaint with chipotle, and have heard nothing back to make it right. If they dont make this right, ill never eat chipotle again. Terrible customer service on their part to fix this.

There’s a huge issue with staff that works nights I spend at least $30 a week at this location mostly always morning lunch hours I watched staff have issues with 2 customers in front of me then the sever making my food clear attitude to the point I no longer wanted to eat from there pretty sure if night shifts treat their customers like this your going have so many issues start rehiring now whole shift trash and don’t like or want to be there

I went to the Highland Square Chipotle this evening. The store was very clean and the Manager Samantha was a pleasure to speak with. She was very professional and accommodating. I have been to many Chipotle stores in NE Ohio. And this visit will stand out. You have an asset in this manager. She could teach some of the other so called managers a thing or two! Thank you.

The food is okay however the price have increased to $14 for a basic double chicken bowl and the quality of service has decreased. From the rude line workers to the men outside begging for money you may want to think twice about visiting
(+) Izzy drinks are so good (-) To much cilantro in the brown rice (=) No clafication on what options are what section, a general issue at most places not just this one (+) Still pretty good value
