Been going for years, get the same burrito every time, got one today way undersized call about it, told me to bring it drove all the way back showed them it, they said it's actually big as the were wrapping another that was twice the size. Refused to do anything other than side cup. Worst manager or shift lead I've met.

They cut back on portions like crazy. Fajita veggies literally was 4 pieces. They had 6 workers there, just talking behind the counter, dropping f-bombs like nobody was around. All but one table were dirty, every trash can was 100% full, pop machine broken. Take a hard look at the staff you had working on July 21st, 2025 in the evening and consider changes. The girl who worked the back area was the most obnoxious and dropping the most f-bombs. Check the camera's. It made for a terribly unpleasant dining experience.

NEVER ordering for pick up again >.< I usually have zero problems with this Chipotle, but today I ordered pick up so my son and I could get our food and go eat at my husband’s work with him. But man….that was the wrong choice for this location. Never was notified that they were preparing it so I showed up at 11 hoping it would actually be ready like it said it would AND I used a free chips and salsa reward only to be given semi burnt chip crumbs instead of actual tortilla chips >.<

The second guy who helped me was great. The first guy LITERALLY put 4 small pieces of chicken in a person's burrito. The parking lot was clean and handicapped accessible.

The sign said, no white rice, no guacamole, no cheese, no beans. We had to find another location that would have food at a Chipotle restaurant. Why stay open if you have no food left. This was an hour and a half to close time, so lots of time to make more.
Employees were reaching into the cheese with their bare hands and balling it up and throwing it at each other. They were out of barbacoa and chicken, and nearly out of steak. My wife asked if they were making more because she’d wait, and they laughed and said no. This was at 6:30 and they’re open until 11. She also had to ask them to add more, because they were skimping on the portion sizes. Avoid both Chipotle locations in Green.

Worst Chipotle, I've ever gotten ordered it thru the app an hour before closing. It was mainly rice and sourcream. I'm very disappointed. Only this Chipotle, though, been to every other one in a 20-mile radius and always been satisfied.

We've been here multiple times and different times of the day and they never have plain white rice. My partner can't have cilantro and has to have the plain white rice. Today we asked and the girl just said no they didn't have it without actually going to look. It's 1:50 PM on a Saturday! 🤬
