The sign said, no white rice, no guacamole, no cheese, no beans. We had to find another location that would have food at a Chipotle restaurant. Why stay open if you have no food left. This was an hour and a half to close time, so lots of time to make more.

Employees were reaching into the cheese with their bare hands and balling it up and throwing it at each other. They were out of barbacoa and chicken, and nearly out of steak. My wife asked if they were making more because she’d wait, and they laughed and said no. This was at 6:30 and they’re open until 11. She also had to ask them to add more, because they were skimping on the portion sizes. Avoid both Chipotle locations in Green.

Worst Chipotle, I've ever gotten ordered it thru the app an hour before closing. It was mainly rice and sourcream. I'm very disappointed. Only this Chipotle, though, been to every other one in a 20-mile radius and always been satisfied.

We've been here multiple times and different times of the day and they never have plain white rice. My partner can't have cilantro and has to have the plain white rice. Today we asked and the girl just said no they didn't have it without actually going to look. It's 1:50 PM on a Saturday! 🤬

15 dollars for a half filled bowl. I’m not saying my bowl should be overflowing but with everything equating to half a bowl for 15 dollars is beyond ridiculous. I won’t be back.

Pretty sad when you arrive to an establishment 50 minutes prior to the posted closing time and they are “out of” steak, brisket, black beans and somehow cheese…
Rough order tonight. Beans and meat were cold like they just came out of the fridge, and the brown rice was undercooked. Gave an extra star because other times have been okay.

I don't know why i gave them another chance, I thought all the outrage about small portion sizes would cause them to correct the issue, but they are still skimping on the protein it will be a long time until I'm ready to give them another chance.

I'm so tired of these servers making kids meals for adults. I keep saying, I'm not going back, but I was in the area. Ywo bowls and she barely put rice in it. I'm thinking, you're skimping on the rice? I should leave now. I end up asking for more and she did, and so my whole line was could you put a little more, and I just want normal, not spilling out. So this time I'm done with them for awhile. In all fairness, everything was delicious thought. I paid for doubles and asked for more that should've been regular.
