I picked up my order today and found a long black hair in my burrito bowl. I’m blonde! I tried to reach out and get my order replaced or refunded and got nowhere. I ordered a veggie burrito bowl and they put the guacamole on the side, so I decided to eat that. I never realized how salty it was on its own but it will have to do. I love chipotle but I will not order from here again! I’m really disappointed.
