I hate to say that this is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. It’s never clean, the tables are dirty with food all over the place (along with the counter they’re serving food on). The trash cans are always full, with items being out of stock at the drink counter.The staff seems very unorganized and some of them were visibly irritated.They were actually out of cash in the drawer and my group and I watched them reach into their own pockets, touch money and then touch our food.The food lacks flavor and it’s definitely not worth the $10-15 bowl.

I stopped at this location for the first time in a really long time. It was nice to see a fully staffed location with smiling faces.
I will change my review when i have better service. I got half white rice and half brown because they were out. No biggy. Old carne asada, no biggy. Super light toppings, no big deal. When i checked out i was informed chips were for online customers only. So i asked can i order them online he told me no. I said i can wait, he told me no. 745pm 1/25/24 large curly hair
