Do not go to the George Washington Blvd location. My rice was undercooked. My chicken and pinto beans were gross. Some of my chips were soggy.

It’s with regret I write that I found the most deplorable thing in my food. There was a moth in my food, yes you read that correctly. It is beyond condemnable and a clear violation of health standards. This is late fall and feels like the dead of winter. There is NO WAY this moth was alive at any point recently and even if it were alive it should NEVER appear in anybody’s food.

Management needs to step up their game, employees need to show more concern for the customer’s health and safety, and the regional managers need to hold everybody accountable. This is the second time in 7 weeks that I’ve had a significant issue with this location. The level of concern towards the customer is lacking A LOT!!! DO BETTER!

Super disappointed, placed order for in store pickup for 8pm and got there early so I patiently waited for them to put it on the shelf. It never made it to the shelf, so after asking about my order at 8:10, we received cold, soggy food that had been made too early and never put out. Tons of employees just standing around and nobody even check in with us after waiting for 20 minutes. I work in food service and find this unacceptable.

Charging the price of a bowl for THIS quesadilla is wild already. I usually go to the location in downtown Akron but this one was closer. Not only is the portion absolutely laughable but they tried to not give me my sides with it? On top of the chicken being undercooked and completely just NOT seasoned at all… will never be returning to this location. They have a bunch of ignorant high school kids working that obviously don’t want to be there, let alone make the food properly. It’s fast food, it is not that difficult.

I have the quesadilla to my dog. Thanks.

It's been a month since I last ordered from here. Ordered my usual chicken bowl and got home to eat it, couldn't even eat it. Something was nasty tasting in it. Never had a bad meal from here, but I will not be ordering Chipotle again.

I was dashing, picking up 2 orders at 12:20, at 12:30 they hadn't even started the orders, but had served about 20 people in the lobby, and who knows how many in the drive thru. When i asked about it staff got snotty, said it was busy. I get that, but FIFO, right? Don't ignore the existing orders for new ones. Stupid. Don't get dash from here, and dashers, avoid picking up from here unless you want to waste a bunch of time..

Super slow employees just don’t carry. Normally you pay Chipotle premium prices you should get good service which apparently this location doesn’t have!
