My home based location for Chipotle. I literally eat here 4+ times a week. The food is consistently good, service is typically on point but sometimes slow depending on who's at the start of the line. Other than that the employees are always friendly and conversational.Parking: Plenty of parking, always available on side.Kid-friendliness: I bring my 2 year old with me 90 percent of my visits and she always has a blast.Wheelchair accessibility: Available.

Absolutely the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to without a doubt. If you go in person it’s not too bad but your stuff is still cold and you have to ask for extra everything to get a normal amount and some of the employees have attitude. The biggest issue is online, everywhere isn’t as good online as in person but this location is a nightmare. on multiple occasions I’ve had queso spill in the bag and onto my car seat this time was just horrible it was all over and the bag was half busted open on the side that the lady handed it to me by and I couldn’t see it till I was gone there is zero chance she couldn’t see it. Even if you put extra everything there’s still barely anything these people have no accountability or integrity when your not there watching them make your food it’s unbelievable, I have NEVER gotten snippy at service employees because most the time they don’t deserve it but these people are unapologetic and are not held accountable it’s just common sense a lot of the time like if you place the queso normally instead of just yeating it in the bag like they always do this wouldn’t happen. The manager, I can’t understand a thing she’s saying cause of her accent and I grew up around people with accents. AVOID. Honestly can’t believe it even has 3 stars that’s why I’m giving it a review. Just pay attention and don’t be a mindless drone while working that’s what it boils down to

I had my first disappointing experience ever at any Chipotle restaurant, and it was on the afternoon of April 2 at the George Washington Boulevard location in Springfield Township in Akron. I waited roughly 12 minutes at the carryout window in the pickup lane. The order was supposed to be ready at 3:10 p.m. I arrived about 3:13 p.m. and drove right up to the carryout window. About five minutes passed before an employee came to the window. Then another six minutes passed before they gave me my food, which was prepaid and preordered and was sitting there ready as soon as I arrived. But I went ignored and did not receive my food until about 3:25 p.m. Cars were backed up behind me. I absolutely realize that restaurant work is demanding, challenging and often under appreciated, but this Chipotle did not appear to be incredibly busy inside, and numerous employees saw me at the window for what I estimated was 12 minutes. Once I was given my order, no apology was given. This was extremely disappointing and frustrating, and it makes me very reluctant to order from this Chipotle again following many satisfactory visits in the past and usually outstanding customer service.
