Soooo the inside of the establishment is closed and the customers who order for a “fast” pick-up in the Chipotle Lane have to wait behind others who are ordering their meals? How about tell those customers that they have to place their order online and come back? I actually was picking food up on my break and had to leave without my order because I had to get back to work…then customer service was so nice to graciously give me a one time exception refund because they don’t refund mobile orders ? Incompetent franchise and workers.

soon as i came in a party of 20 people was in front of me as a group. this staff handled it so well, worked as a team and remained kind to each and every person they served. my food is well portioned and idk what they do differently to the guac here but it was better than any other chipotle i’ve been to and i go to chipotle like twice a week! of course i wish there was a place to sit but that staff was on point!

Really disappointed with my recent visit! I was thrilled to try the new CHIMICHURRI sauce, but the employee bluntly refused to let me sample it. For a new menu item, that’s shocking! Offering a taste would’ve been exceptional customer service and likely won me over. Instead, I left feeling undervalued. I’ll try again at my local Chipotle in a better part of town and provide an update. Hoping for a better experience next time!

You would think going when they open that they would have fresh tortilla chips.....I think they keep chips from the night before a serve them the next day because there is no way my chips should have been that stale. And they put so much rice so you get less meat, or so you have to ask for extra so they can charge you more. And don't ask for extra anything, even though I'm paying for it, they act like it comes out of their paycheck.

I went to get chipotle after work and the inside was closed. It was 10 oclock not even yet and online says they are open until 11. There was 4 workers inside staring at everyone walking up and away. A lady outside was also upset she drove this far and couldn’t even get inside. When i tried to call its a automatic robot talking and no way to call the inside store. Just annoying.

Waited 2 hours for my food thru the uber app to be made and missed my lunch window so I canceled in the app. Since I did that and instead of calling uber I wasn’t given a full refund. Way too slow for a regular burrito bowl. Review will remain until I’m fully compensated

I ordered a chicken burrito bowl with black beans salsa cheese sour cream and fajita vegetables the only thing that was in the burrito bowl was the chicken rice and sour cream the veggies for salsa the beans and the trees were missing also missing was the extra fajita wrap that I paid for very very disappointed
