This chipotle thinks it's okay for their employees to mix your food with their gloved hands and then turn around and mix the next persons burrito after wiping her fingers on her dirty apron. It obviously wasn't the first time. No new gloves! The manager doesn't care and said it followed guidelines! Straight up did not care. No refund. So I searched a little on Facebook and it's not the first time they've had health safety issues. There was a post even with a picture of the same manager. The one that told us she's only been there a couple months and trying to turn the place around. The picture was from Oct. Of 2022. So she's a liar as well. We called the health department but she claims they see the health department ALL the time. So make of that what you will. All I know is this woman's been at this particular chipotle multiple years and apparently belittles customers who want basic standards for their food, and regularly is able to blow off the health department. And I call it like I see it. Don't eat here unless you want to be ill.

My husband went there 2x they didn't get my order right, they ran out of tomatoes so he got a gift card for another visit. A few days later he went back they left off the guacamole he went back in to get it on the side they said I was wrong, they know they put it on. Welp they didn't and I paid almost $3 on my original order, plus the gas $$ to take it back that many times ... Guess what we won't be back to this location great job crew!

It looks like Bidens shrinkflation has now hit this Chipotle location. Taste of food was great but by far the smallest Burrito Bowl I have ever had from any Chipotle location. Even when I ask for more of some ingredients the person making my order only dropped on maybe a tablespoon more.
Staff were very professional and very efficient. The only negative that did not affect me personally person after me was they ran out of bowls. Leaving people either burritos or tacos as choices. At least one couple left immediately at that point. I also would not have been able to eat because i'm diabetic and can't eat the burrito shells. It was five o'clock on a friday early evening when they ran out.

Like customer service for one is always GOOD, the servings are always GREAT, and the wait most of the time I go is usually fairly short. I usually go between 12-2 pm .The food is always nicely seasoned & done. It taste fresh like they’re rotating the food in and out like they should and cooking for the proper amount of time. My steak bowls always make me proud lolThis is the only one I go to, & I live in the highland square area.
