Very expensive! Large pizza and four drinks was 43$ then for one hour of play was $24 and that didnāt include the tiny tiny trampoline square to jump in which was an additional $12 for their āsocksā per kid. No free play place just video games and small kiddy ācarā rides. There is no more animatronic band either just a big screen with the band. The entrance greeter was rude also to my 3 year old who was scared at first. He was like omg whatās wrong with him. Not very professional. I just donāt think it was worth the cost of it.

Employees were on their job making sure children left with the folks they came with and not admitting anyone without a stamp.
It was much better than last time we went when they were remodeling it a few years back.
My grands had a great time and that's all that matters to me!
Parking: Parking is right outside the door and there's plenty of free parking right there.
Kid-friendliness: It's a kids spot so everything is kid friendly!

We went to take my grandson we weren't greeted upon walking it all the host said to us and the people ahead of us was "left hand". When we got to the register we had already purchased our 2 fun passes and 2 30% off food. So I really had no idea how to redeem these purchases the host at the register wasn't rude but wasn't helpful either? Chuckie cheese was doing a birthday party and acted all but enthusiastic the employee that was helping out with the birthday now she was the star. U could here her singing she was dancing trying to get everyone into it. Oh and Chuckycheese you really should wait until the door you go in when exiting the birthday party closes before starting to take off your head! The food for Chucky cheese pizza was really good! Overall it was fun and we will be back!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The place was clean and maintained. Wasn't the best pizza we've had at a Chuck e cheese, but that could have been because we didn't go stuffed crust this time.
The mouse came out with the energy of a sloth. The food was overpriced and not tasty. The drink machine leaked on everyone and the floor. But the staff seemed to put effort into being helpful.

Chuck E. Cheese is always a good time. The tall skinny guy that I believe is the manager couldnāt possibly be over 25 corrected my Gentleman, friend that was over 50. He literally corrected his grammar as if he was speaking to us like we were children. this is the first time heās gotten cocky like he owns the place. We bought the biggest stuffed animal in the place and instead of being appreciative of the sale. He was pissed off that he had to get the ladder out.
