The overall experience is okay, just okay though. Years ago it was amazing and so much fun for the kids. Now it is mostly video games with a few other small rides like the little horse you put a quarter in, in front of the grocery store. If you have nothing else to do and want to spend some money and keep your kid busy or have some fun with them, it will fulfill that. However, in my opinion there are other things that are better. You can stay home and stream or play games on your TV w your kids now so not much appeal or attraction to this place anymore, as far as I see it. BUT....the pizza is still greasy and delicious 😋 !!

The place has gone to crap. We only have three employees. I remember as a child if you had a birthday party at Chuck e cheese. He would have a server you get sang Happy Birthday to buy the entire staff. There was more to their experience. Now you get nothing. Can you get a staff member that wants to talk back to you. She made my experience harder. It's already stressful enough trying to make sure everyone stays happy when you get bad service it doesn't make it easy.

Exceeded expectations! We went for my son’s 5th birthday and the kids had a blast. It was clean, nicely updated, the staff was friendly, and they helped make his birthday special. We had no issues with machines working and on a Friday afternoon in the summer it was not crowded - which ideal! The games are well suited for younger kids, and our group of 3.5-9 year olds all found plenty to do for 2 hours and asked when we could come back.

They clean it regularly so thats a huge plus for me. During the days its very welcoming. Evenings and weekends its busy but again, its well kept and clean. Service is a bit slow but very friendly and great!
