Church's Texas Chicken

I come here all the time. I been trying to call for 1weeks to tell the manager that my chicken taste burnt. They will not pick up the phone and the voice mail is full. How do the people supposed to call to have their food replace if no ones picking up!! I still want my food replaced. This is sooo wrong a company that has there phone rigged up. For this to happen it show that they don't care about their customer food.

I went to the drive-through a couple weeks ago and after sitting there for a good 15-20 minutes no one had said anything to the car in front of me. The person in front of me finally said hello to the speaker which apparently made the employee upset. The employee seemed very agitated and was pretty rude. After seeing that happen I ended up leaving. I love this location, sure the building is getting old but the crew here more than makes up for that. A home is family, not a structure, and these guys treat you like family. I love every visit, and the food is always on point. I moved away and still drive across town just to come here. Thank you guys, I hope they get you a new building and raises, you all deserve it!!!!
