I come here all the time. I been trying to call for 1weeks to tell the manager that my chicken taste burnt. They will not pick up the phone and the voice mail is full. How do the people supposed to call to have their food replace if no ones picking up!! I still want my food replaced. This is sooo wrong a company that has there phone rigged up. For this to happen it show that they don't care about their customer food.
I love this location, sure the building is getting old but the crew here more than makes up for that. A home is family, not a structure, and these guys treat you like family. I love every visit, and the food is always on point. I moved away and still drive across town just to come here. Thank you guys, I hope they get you a new building and raises, you all deserve it!!!!
The food is good but the exterior isn’t. I love churches chicken too but seeing it falling apart makes me wonder how it look on the inside where they are fixing the food. We had to sit at the window for 30- 45 minutes just to get a sandwich and okra. The worker needed more help. Bless her heart.
