We went yesterday and we live out in Rootstown which is 35 min away and it was what I wanted for my birthday. I love churches. There's not one out here of course so these pics of ur overflowing food! Right, spent 50$ and everything was freaking half full!! The food was very good. Hot and fresh but not full portions! Also, very friendly and professional employees. Also, they need some chairs in there. They were busy and I had to go to the car for 20 min while I waited. Should be seats inside.

I am a Dordash driver and this establishment is the worst. You don't want to take out the orders and they speak to you badly, they respond aggressively and the supervisor is the one who said that I didn't want to take out the orders and that I should wait if I wanted good service.

I ordered $180 worth of chicken (4 buckets of 16 pieces) and we go to pick it up and they hand us one bag with one box of chicken. When we told them this was not all that we ordered they said “oh I didn’t realize it said 4 orders. It’s gonna be 20 minutes”. We wait around for an entire HOUR and we check in and the lady behind the counter was so rude saying “it’s a lot of chicken to make” which I know that….thats why I ordered it 6 hours before I needed it ready. They also forgot two sides which was frustrating after waiting so long to finally get the food.
The workers were overwhelmed but still respectful. The food came out hot but I felt like the chicken was a little too chewy. For the bigger pieces. The fries were warm as if they were sitting for a while. The atmosphere was quiet which was a plus for me. I have had this food at a different time and day and it was a lot better than a Sunday night. I guess I'll stick with the week days instead of the weekend.

How do you forget my drink, one of my jalapeños, and my Mac n cheese that I paid for. I went back in to get my Mac and forgot to mention about my other missing item( I was omw to work). They were all over the place and forgetting stuff in a lot of orders. They should update online system when they’re out of something. They were completely out of every sauce. I cannot eat chicken without hot sauce !!!
