Absolutely the worst service and food that we have ever had!I did the order online and it said that it would be ready in 15 minutes.I went to pick it up after 20 minutes and they had not even started the order.They had a line of people and three people working and moving so slow, and in no hurry at all.After waiting for about 10 minutes before I was finally waiting on, we were told in the restaurant that it would be at least a 10 minute wait for fresh chicken.I was then told that the chicken tenders were not available.I ask for thighs and legs to make up for the tenders.After about another 15 minutes I received my food.The people working the counter were very unfriendly.The food was not good at all, the chicken tasted old and tough, the sides were not good at all.I will not be eating or going back to Church’s, very, very disappointed.

Worse experience every terrible service and slow waited over 15 minutes for food while one of the workers filled steamers with water and the other filled drink orders close the place if u can't get better with the service and the establishment needs a paint job inside and new management just terrible. And staff wearing scarfs to cover the hair is definitely unacceptable just close the place or do better !!!

We went to the Last one in Akron and we waited 40 minutes for one large Spicy Rice we will not be going back to the restaurant. They had a Guy and a Girl go on break with a restaurant full of people. One guy looked like he was drunk walking around chewing food and not helping til the Boss said something. The whole atmosphere was horrible.
This location is never open on time, I drove over an hour as this is the only location in the Cleveland Akron area and the hours of operation said that they open at 10 AM. But upon arrival there are several workers who told me they are not opening until 12. this is terrible service.
I’m trying to call and see if they received my application I put in but the phone number does not work. ?
