Ice Cream is decent but not the best you can get in the area by any means. It is also a little pricey for ice cream. But they do have a decent variety of flavors and toppings. The chocolate covered waffle cone and bowls are decent but again fairly pricey. But if you're at one of the neighboring restaurants it's decent place for dessert.

First off, Cold Stone has the best ice cream around. However, it is beyond me why they have so few fruit add ins available, and they got rid of the best one- cherry pie filling. Honestly, this is the main reason I don't frequent it as often as I used to.My ice cream preparer this time was a younger girl with very long braids or dreads like hair that kept going over her shoulders as she prepared my ice cream. This isn't exactly sanitary.I do like the outside picnic tables so I can bring my dog for a treat as well.

Gotta be the worst cold stone in existence, show up over 30 minutes before closing time coming from our grandfathers funeral service and they say we can’t come in because the line is too long (of about ten people) and they’re closing in 30 minutes. Three people working. Talk about terrible service!! Pick a different ice cream spot.

Really grossed out by my visit today. There were several girls making and serving ice cream, however the girl preparing my ice cream was the only one not wearing plastic service gloves while making my ice cream, she was using her bare hands. She had long hoodie sleeves past her wrists and long acrylic nails. Extremely unsanitary practices, and I really wish I had asked for my ice cream to be remade.

Charged my card for a tip that I didn’t authorize and now I have to go theu hell and back to get my money. A couple mangers at the locations doesn’t seem to care to resolve the situation.

The ice cream in the service were good. What was lacking was attention to the men's room. Was completely out of toilet paper and paper towels. The manager did have one of the staff take care of the problem when it was brought to their attention.
Wow. What an experience. Me and two others entered the establishment about five minutes till close with high expectations and boy were they exceeded. The three girls working showed much enthusiasm in their craft and created our treats with care. As we left we were given a round of applause as they gave each other high fives showing their teamwork. 100/10 recommend this location. Great experience!

My son’s bday cake tasted amazing. But the decoration was below average at best. Didn’t write happy birthday like we asked and all they did was print out a picture of the theme we wanted. Just sad we were over looked because of an employees laziness and still had to pay full price.
