Such a great all-in-one place! The atmosphere of Pitchfork and service are awesome- makes you feel like you’re somewhere fun! Brie cheese appetizer is unreal. I thought the beef pasta dish was so-so, but my friends loved their salad and burger. Obviously ice cream at Pavs after dinner was the perfect ending.

I had lunch here with friends. I ordered the fish and chips with remoulade sauce. I received one piece of fish and a good serving of fries. I did not receive the sauce until I was about half done with my meal. The fish and chips were good. The meal was 25.00 which I feel is high. Also be aware that 3% will be tacked on for credit card use.

5-star review over and over again! Food: Superb variety to choose from on the menu. My wife and I have been waiting for a place like Pitchfork to open in the Bath area for years now. Hallelujah! We must have been there for lunch/dinner 50x already. Service: 5-star service every single time!!!! Our favorite bartender is Ryan he is a tremendous person who is capable of making incredible drinks. His martinis are one of the best I've ever had. Ambiance: Perfect setting for a date night or small (to medium) sized parties. They are ALWAYS willing to accommodate. Masud... the general manager is top class and he'll do whatever he can in his power to satisfy your requests. Make sure you ask about the secret "speakeasy" on the bottom floor where you can watch the chefs LIVE in action. One heck of a setting down there. Highly recommend!

Terribly small parking lot with not enough spots to park and nothing adjacent to the restaurant to park in forces you to use their valet all of which set the wrong tone right off the bat. Next, the ambiance was not great as we were seated in a shared space with a coffee shop that was dimly lit and felt like we were sitting in a hallway. Finally, two of our meals were cool, one overcooked, and one was fine. The entire experience left us shaking our heads. The Bath-Richfield area has the clientele to support a nicer restaurant that can get it right yet this is just another example of a restaurant that cannot. And so we continue to live in our culinary desert hoping someday someone get's it right.

Charged $5 to split a large salad onto two plates, do not ask to have anything split onto two plates. Sat at the bar. Friendly server. Ordered the Grilled Romaine Wedge salad and asked for it to be chopped. We also wanted to split the salad as it’s a larger salad at $14. We had bread plates and silverware as our setting. When the bill came we were surprised to be charged $5 to split a salad. I would have used my bread plate for the non existent bread. I had the $40 filet, it was good, but nothing comes with it. I am not cheap by any means and frequent finer dining establishments but I just feel that is pushing it a bit to charge to split a salad. I can go down the street to two fine restaurants and get an excellent filet where a salad is part of the meal including fresh hot bread. Good luck to this business, I’ll keep going to the other establishments.

Food was excellent, had the cheesesteak and the garlic rosemary fries are superb. Wait staff was very attentive and helpful. Was her for lunch with coworkers and the atmosphere was inviting

Phenomenal service and always a great time at pitchfork. Best dirty martinis and great wine list as well as a delish charcuterie board. The salmon was great too. Can't wait to come back and try more food and drinks! Love the bar scene.

The parking situation is terrible. They were out of the bottle of wine I ordered , but I didn't find that out until our main course arrived. The "sommelier " was pretty snippy about it. They did sell me a supposedly more expensive bottle for the price of the bottle I ordered. The food was not coursed properly. The minute our salads came out, the manager brought our steaks and said that he didn't want to keep them in the window. So, I guess it was better that I left my 70 dollar steak to cool on the table while I hurried through my salad. Look, stuff happens, but at those prices, it should not.

Always fresh food and nice atmosphere! The Grilled Romaine is a great meal. Staff is pleasant too.

I liked the ambiance. I ordered the Marrocan special and it was over seasoned. My wife ordered the fish which looked good. The dessert was a little dry. I ordered a Cognac and was charged $60 for a 1.5ounce pour...these are NYC prices...

So the Hudson restaurant is head and shoulders above the "pitchfork ". Our burgers were Overly done, crispy and crunchy to be exact. Hair was found in one of our burgers. Cuban sandwich which was recommended was dry and over done. Christmas draft beverages were out and nothing to offer. Server Dustin was incredible. The two stars were because of his service. he did a great job, but he doesn't make the food... 2 stars for this restaurant who really needs to spend some time with the kitchen staff on quality!

We have been several times now and have had a great experience on each. The restaurant has a lot of options - there is a formal dining room with raw bar and cocktail bar. It's an open air set up, one side of which has a series of premium wine dispensers. You get a card from the bar and you can go around and choose different ones on various size pours, as little as 1oz if you want to just taste. Kind of fun. There is also an adjoining patio which they heat in the winter. Downstairs is the main kitchen, which they've designed with a bar and some booths so you can interact with the cooks and watch them prepare the food. This was super fun, definitely our favorite spot to sit. Food has always been great - salads are really well done. I had the dry aged steak one time and the pork chop a second. Both were the best I've had in the area. Note on the steak make sure to ask the price as it's presented as a special and it's very expensive. Cocktails were great and excellent selection of wines. Glad to have this in our back yard.

Be sure to ask how much the special is!!!! We had a fabulous dinner at pitchfork!!! We live in Cleveland so it was a 45 to 50 minute drive for us. The restaurant is beautiful, albeit loud. We were seated on the patio and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We were told about the dry aged Steak, And how delicious it was. Two of four ordered the steak. When we got the bill, we saw that it was $140. That should've been told to us.

Terrific! We've been a couple times, once sat inside near the wine taps and once out on the deck What a great atmosphere no matter where you sit The concept is cool, love the variety of options. Self serve wine taps are super fun We loved the app boards, the salads, steak and pasta Hit up Pavs after for dessert!
