I am extremely frustrated with how this store operates its business hours. I have previously come here during their posted hours of operation, only to find the store closed. Because of that experience, I decided to call ahead this time to confirm they would be open during normal business hours.
During the call, I was told the store would be closing at 4:00pm, 30 minutes earlier because they had only had four customers all day (it was 3:47 PM when I called). The owner then continued to give a long explanation about the hours and his employees agreeing to close early, etc. but at that point I was upset and ended the call.
Shortly after, the owner called me back twice but I did not answer. He then left a voicemail stating they would now remain open until 4:30 PM. By that time, I was already in the checkout line at Hobby Lobby.
I strongly recommend calling ahead before making the trip to this location to avoid wasting your time or better yet, choosing a business that values its customers and consistently honors its posted hours.

I have been a loyal customer of The Cake & Candy Depot for years now! They have the BEST prices and products! The cookie cutter options, alone, are worth a trip there-so many choices! I love being able to support a local business! The staff is helpful and knowledgeable! With the holidays soon approaching, check them out first!
