Made my Sunday loaded up completely made my day but the best part was going through the drive-thru and listening to the most amazing voice that comes across the loudspeaker I thought for sure it was a computer generated voice it is not it is so sweet and like a little princess and you would expect this girl to be doing voice-overs for Disney totally worth driving through the drive-thru

I remember one day it was about 90 degrees out and I didn't have any cash and I asked for a cup of water and they wouldn't just give me one. Water is a human right. Aside from DQ being in support of the wiping out of an entire population of indigenous people, the indecency and lack of humanity and willingness to deprive a thirsty person of water is just the cherry on top.

Bought a blizzard ice cream cake for my Dad's 70th birthday. Paid $35 for it. It was terrible. The inside of the cake was inedible. It was hard as a rock (not exaggerating). Our family has been ordering ice cream cakes for over 30 years and have never experienced anything like this. A lot of money wasted on a cake that was meant for a very special occasion ?. Extremely disappointed.

Hands down the best Dairy Queen in northeastern Ohio! They are an independent franchise, and have menu items you can't find at other DQs. I literally drive 10 extra minutes out of my way to go to this one vs. the Cuyahoga Falls DQ. Do yourself a favor and try an Earthquake blizzard!
I order my sons bday cakes from DQ every year... but from one in canal Fulton. This year my sons party was in akron so I decided to order it from the closet dq to the party location so I didn't have to transport it up there. I was kind of nervous to just call and ask for something because I'm used to going in and talking to someone and going through the book to order. But I took a chance and it was worth it! I said my son was having a "splatter party" and the girl said oh okay I have a great idea! I had no idea what to expect but the cake I got was even better than my Pinterest board ideas! Thank you for the beautiful cake! It was so easy to pick up and everyone I spoke to was so nice and helpful. Very happy!

DQis one of the few places that offer a coney dog (beef) and relish. The personnel was friendly and responsive. I will return without reservation.
