Mid-afternoon at this location, half the lights were off, the 'OPEN' light wasn't lit, and couldn't tell if the place was open. Upon going in, we were told they had no beef/burgers available. So that left chicken baskets. Ok, so ordered one four-piece and one six-piece. We were the only customers and yet the order took a long time, and each order arrived separately, separated by several minutes. Worst DQ I have ever been to. if the employees worked instead of playing MAYBE they could get an order right but 6 of them were dancing and playing up front... ordered 6pc basket... got 4 piece, no rings, cold fries... ordered burgers no mustard or keychup, got home and they are swimming in mustard and ketchup. Call to complain? I got hung up on twice... I will be reaching out to corporate to complain. $29 order and the best thing was the toast in the basket.
Literally got excited to get a flamethrower burger and this is what I got? They told me that their bottles have a measured amount, but this looks like the very last tiny squeeze in the bottle they used. We called about it and the manager told us the NEXT TIME we came in we could get an extra side of flame thrower sauce, how does that help my sandwich which is supposed to actually have it?
