I ordered $35.89 worth of food lastnight @7:45pm when the driver showed up with my bag I noticed she didn't have my Blizzard so I asked about it. She told me I had to call doordash. I called they told me I had to call dairy queen because I ordered from your app. Dairy queen said they re-made the Blizzard and I have to call doordash so I did AGAIN!! doordash said not there issue because I ordered from dairy queens app. So long story short I wasted $35.+ at dairy queen... because by the time i got off the phone I still had no Blizzard and my food was cold as hell.

Absolutely disgusting location. I visited here, placed an order for a dipped cone. I get to the window, and watch a young lady sweep the floor with no gloves, literally a solid 2 minutes, while I'm just waiting and watching. This wasnt an issue. My issue comes in when she puts the broom down, to make my cone, she doesnt wash her hands or put on gloves. Then she proceeds to wipe her nose with her hand, and then pulls my cone to make it. Im literally watching her because I was already baffled that she didnt put gloves on. She then makes the cones and attempts to hand it to me through the window. No maam. I politely declined and asked for it to be remade with gloves. She makes a unnecessary scene as if anyone cares. We just want safe food to eat, not from your dirty hands that hasn’t been washed all day. Thank you!!!

I SHOULD HAVE READ REVIEWS.. THEY ARE VERY TRUE.. Worst 1 I have ever been too. Food cold blizzard half melted they don't do the flip cause they literally will fall out. Tell u 1 price at drive thru n then another at the window.. when I said something all the girl could say was yeah probably.. So if u want a blizzard u can drink like a shake and a cold burger with unmelted cheese stop on over!! Never again I'll go all the way to ellet.. I'd rather drive 7 mins from home for great food then 2 mins for crap!! AND DON'T ASK ME TO REVISIT UR STORE NOT GONNA HAPPEN!!!

LISTEN RUNNNN! The black girl with the braids, she's younger. She needs to be fired. She literally put 2 cones out through the drive thru so you couldn't drive in, the cones were caution while wet. Not real cones. I thought it was a spill. She came out and snatched cones and said no this is hers so won't nobody drive thru we tryna get caught up, she sounded like a man. Then she began cussing some dude out walking up the street. Crazy, hands down never going there again.

On 8/11 @ 335pm there was no ice cream at dairy Queen.. how do you not have ice cream...
With the experience that I just had and the reviews all being the exact same, might as well just close this location down. Took 25 minutes to get a medium blizzard when I look in the window there’s about 4 workers standing around doing absolutely nothing. The owner/reply team whoever it is keeps asking people to give them another chance. No point obviously nothings changed over months.

Lex is an all-star!!! They are definitely short staffed but when I come in she is always friendly and sweet even tho she’s running around having to do everything… treat her right Dairy Queen she deserves a raise!!!

I hadn't been to this location for a couple of months, but hit up the drive thru on my way home. There were several cars in front of me, but the wait time was very reasonable. The folks working were nice. They seemed to be enjoying themselves and it showed when I got my order. I see other lower reviews and can honestly say I haven't had a bad experience here. Food is always hot and fresh. Good portions and nice people. I'm sure with it being summer, they have to train new employees which takes times and not all folks work out, but it can be hard to find people who want to work. I love having this spot close to home as it's easy in/easy out for me.
