I have given it a few chances in the last year and every single time I've gone, the food is nasty, my order is wrong or stuff is missing and the service couldn't be much slower. What a disappointment.

I hadn't been to this location for a couple of months, but hit up the drive thru on my way home. There were several cars in front of me, but the wait time was very reasonable. The folks working were nice. They seemed to be enjoying themselves and it showed when I got my order. I see other lower reviews and can honestly say I haven't had a bad experience here. Food is always hot and fresh. Good portions and nice people. I'm sure with it being summer, they have to train new employees which takes times and not all folks work out, but it can be hard to find people who want to work. I love having this spot close to home as it's easy in/easy out for me.

Went there 7/9/25 at 11:45 am. No lights in the dining area?? The employees watched us walk in, then continued to gossip with their backs to us- no hi or any greetings. Then I noticed the topping containers were all open with the lid wide open. I noticed the machines were dirty too with an ‘out of order’ soda station. Everything about this DQ location screamed no. I used to work at a DQ that held high standards to cleanliness and this location was NOT it. We ended up walking out. We even planned on getting ice cream but I was not about to risk getting sick from toppings that were either stale, gad gone bad, or open to the flies.

Employees don't understand English, apparently, but are smart enough not to provide you with your receipt when they also leave out the things you order and pay for unless reminded. Don't have beef in stock, which is about 60%+ of their menu, for some reason. Somehow also provide you the wrong sauce in addition to trying to stiff you your beverage for having the temerity to introduce the complexity of also ordering a milkshake after explicitly ordering a beverage separately and also paying for it.

The entire place was sticky. The pop machine wasn't working properly and the drinks were terrible. Food was mediocre. They were out of the only thing I actually wanted which was the cheese curds. My last several visits have been a poor experience and I won't be returning again.

This location has gone way down hill. It never looks opened, service is awful. They are always out of something. And the ice cream tastes terrible. I thought I’d give them a chance again after avoiding them all summer and was disappointed, the ice cream I saved almost looked watered down after freezing. I am not usually one to complain but honestly i do not know how much longer they will last if they don’t fix their quality issues

I placed an order through the drive thru and ask for salt after he handed me the bag and the JERK that handed me my food simply walked away! you know if you don't want to be there then find something else. Their hiring everywhere! I know no one cares but I won't be back and I'm going to yell everyone i know not to go there!!

The female working drive thru on 10/24/24 @ 7:30pm had an extremely snobby attitude to the point I told her I wouldn’t like to place an order and told her she needs to learn how to talk to people and I left. I will never go to this location ever again. Drive thru signs don’t even work couldn’t even tell the place was open.

Better off shutting it down.
Handles up the street is better overall anyway

Went there sat at the window for 20 mins waiting on my food. Waited in line for over 20 mins with only 2 cars in front of me. Did not get my fry’s with my meal and the blizzard wasn’t even mixed. After not getting my fries I called in and the guy told me to pull through and we would figure out what my problem is. My problem is I paid for a meal and didn’t get my full meal

Terrible service!! pulled into the Drive Thru at 9:10 pm (it’s open until 10). Only one vehicle ahead of me at order station. They placed their order, and I pulled up. It was pitch black, no menus were lit. 3 minutes later they took my order for 1 item. Then I pulled around to pick up. The first vehicle sat there almost 20 minutes. When I finally got to the window, I asked for the mgr. She and other employees were laughing and poking each other, so it took her a few minutes to get to me. When I complained about the ridiculous wait, she couldn’t have cared less. She made my ice cream, but another guy gave it to me- manager never came back to speak to me. I left with my Blizzard about 23 minutes after placing my order. There are better DQs in the area. Don’t make the mistake of going to this one.
