My granddaughter and I visited this location on December 19, 2024. We both decided on the chicken strip meal. We both at around the same time the next day encountered severe vomiting and diarrhea for several hours and were totally exhausted afterwards. We will never visit that location again. BEWARE PEOPLE!!

My mother, my son, and I all got violently ill from Blizzards ordered from this location. Safe to say we’re never going back there. Order at your own risk because the staff here clearly don’t care about food safety.

It was concerning to see someone with long hair working food prep without a tieback or hairnet.
Ordered through the mobile app. Grabbed the food and went back to our motel, only to discover they did not give us some of our food. Went the 10 minutes back to the restaurant where they said “that’s accurate, we didn’t put it in your bag”. The lady told the person bagging it up exactly what to put in the bag, but when we got back to our motel we discovered it was still incorrect. By the time we got to eat, our food was cold so I’m not sure if it was good or not.
Disgusting foul mouthed employees! The vulgarities and unprofessional behavior should immediately be addressed. I was chased out because I called out staff for hearing their disgusting banter. Foul. Foul. Foul - disrespectful, disgusting, employee. SHAME ON YOU!

The place seemed like it was really nice on the outside, but once we got inside we were not impressed. I'm not one to complain but I was not very happy. Kinda said they didn't have Julius anymore but that wasn't the worst. Once we got in there, there were nats flying around everywhere in our faces. The workers were not very presentable in my eyes, all in pajama and slippers. Idk maybe it was pajama day, but they all looked very chill and like the place wasn't anything great. Everyone should have a uniform and I'm pretty sure fast food places should have to wear non slip shoes. The fact that u couldn't tell who was a worker or customer bc of the outfits they were wearing was very sad. They don't call out any orders so our order was just sitting on the counter and we didn't know. There were other customers so it's not like we could just stay in the front. Very disappointing, prolly never going back.
