Stopped innfor some ice cream. Got a medium sundae and an ice cream cupcake. Both tasted fantastic and the service was great. My only complaint is that a medium sundae seems like it's the same size as a small. Other than that, great experience.

Awesome staff, always friendly. My wife and I have become regulars here since it first opened. It's always clean. It can get a little crowded sometimes, and it can get loud when crowded. But its usually chill.

Dont bother to order food at the Akron Ohio Canton road Franchise!!!! Chicken Strip Basket was cold and the very little fries that came with the meals were soggy. Gravy was missing from the dinner of all 3 meals also!!!! $33,06 total. Thanks DQ for the rip off!!! i did learn 1 thing though, dont eat at this location!!!!!

RUDE RUDE RUDE! I ordered a cake for my fiancés birthday, I broke my ankle so I asked very very nicely to please have them put it in a bag or something because he will have to pick it up for me. He goes to pick it up and the lady is super rude! She takes a wipe and wipes off the condensation on the cake so he can see it, he asks to have a bag, she replies super mean NOPE SURE DONT! The cake has no Gel for the writing like requested, it’s just printed on. Super disappointing and I won’t be back to this location. The way I asked so nice for them to not let him see it and they basically went out of their way to make him look at it is so mean 😢

I entered into the drive thru and waited for about 15 minutes to have my order taken. The person working the drive thru claimed to be a manager named Lavert. Very unprofessional, originally this manager did not greet me. He handed me my food after taking my money and giving me my change but did not even ask if I wanted my receipt before slamming the window shut which luckily I began recording before hand after he did not speak or greet me I knew it would be an issue. When he finally came back to the window after 5-10min of me beeping my horn etc. i asked him for my receipt which he could not produce due to the system being down. They gave me a receipt that was false stating I got a large fry and a blizzard when I really got an entire meal. Multiple people came to the window attempting to explain why they could not give me my receipt, in the end I called the police and the restaurant threatened to trespass me (for calmly asking for a receipt) which they did not do. ☺️ i will be filing a complaint with the BBB and whoever else will listen. LAVERT at Dairy Queen on Britain Road is extremely unprofessional and should be fired.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE thru Doordash APP for pick-up. JUST GO IN!!!. There is a $2.00 markup on online orders even if you pick it up chicken basket is almost $12.00 for a 4 pc. When you go in it's 9.97. I will never again 😒 just download the DQ app and it'll save you money

All tables are very nasty all customers had to clean there own table . I took back a simple order and had to go back 3 times then asked for my money back and they argued with me a said we have people and thru was the excuse how pathetic!

Ordered a cotton candy blizzard cake for a birthday party which is the ice cream cake we order every year
it was made incorrectly with chocolate, we contacted the store and the employee argued with us the entire time first tried stating they don’t make that cake anymore and then switched to claiming that’s how it’s suppose to be made and we were wrong. and the i was told they weren’t going to remake my cake for me because i was getting mad that we kept being told we were in the wrong.
finally the actual manager came on the line and fixed the problem. clearly you guys need to train your employees better because now we are without a cake for a birthday because who wants cotton candy and chocolate together??
