This place is hit or miss, from what other reviewers are saying. So I took a chance. Man, did I get a hit! Despite my order taking 10 minutes longer than usual, the staff were friendly and not condescending whatsoever - and the burger was delicious and cooked properly. It probably helps that it's Halloween, Oct 31, but I may order from here again in the future. Coupons are what make things very affordable, so I recommend you always use one on your orders :)

Burger was the best part of order. Was excited to try the pretzels. Wish I would have taken a picture! Limp and wrinkled, worst I have ever had!!! Chicken tenders and fries only OK. Will not have food there again. Cakes are amazing I will give them that.

Communication is absolutely horrible customer orders say they get made and this sat in a cooler until somebody finally pays attention even though they're less than 3 ft away from each other ,waiting 20 minutes before a small blizzard because nobody was paying attention. My most recent experience I ordered a crispy chicken salad and the salad smelled like trash half the salad was brown and the tomatoes were transparent I did not eat my food I threw it away I didn't even...
