Ryan always checks identification which is extremely responsible. He makes the best espresso martinis I’ve ever put in my mouth. So divine, so delicious, and put me in the perfect mood. Paige I fear is the best manager I’ve ever spoken to. She’s dropdead gorgeous and so kind the customers. Now Seth has a beautiful curly flow and has great opinions on the menu really helped a girl out.Noah was extremely generous and gave us extra expensive honey truffle(shhhhhh) . Will and Christian are the chefs and they cooked the most amazing meal I’ve ever tasted in my life. highly recommend!

10/10 visit! Ryan!!!!!!!!!!!!!! was our server/bartender and he was AMAZING — funny, attentive, and made the best espresso martini I’ve ever tasted. The customer service here is unmatched. Big shoutout to Paige, the manager, for being so cool and making sure everything was perfect. This spot deserves all the stars! Seth was cool too. lol.
Great food and great staff!

This restaurant was a very nice Italian restaurant. The food was great, my husband and I had a very nice waitress. Good service and the chef even brought our food out. Although I do feel like for the price of the food there should be more flavor. It was delicious but could have better. We even had a nice glass of complementary champagne when we walked in. I am pleased.

We have been here twice and have enjoyed most of the food but on both occasions the service was way off. Extremely slow. Water glasses ran dry several times. A very long time between courses. Tables are far too close. The couple who was seated behind us left after their drinks because they were so close to us. The server could not get between our tables. I see this is an ongoing complaint here but nothing seems to be done about it.
On our first visit, we were greeted with a small complimentary glass of champagne. Nice touch. On this visit, that didn’t happen. Maybe that went away. On both visits, our servers were very pleasant but disappeared for long periods of time. I’m not sure if they are overextended between tables, but it is not at the level that the prices reflect. One waiter had very bushy hair which he continually touched and pushed back while walking through the restaurant. Unacceptable.
The charcuterie board had an excellent selection except the crostinis are hard as a rock. No one could eat them. Bread was good and served warm. We enjoyed our meals with a few exceptions. The grilled chicken breast was very dry. The spaghetti is already cut up when served. Unless you are a child, I’ve never seen this in an Italian restaurant. They do not offer any kind of grated cheese for your pasta which is also strange.
This is a beautiful restaurant in a great little area of Akron but after poor service here twice, we would probably not return.

I came here for my friend’s birthday. She wanted to try the pasta wheel because she saw it on Tik Tok. It was an interesting experience but do not think it was worth the food being absolutely horrendous. This restaurant prides themselves on having high end Italian food, I could’ve gotten better pasta at Olive Garden for 1/4 the price. I ordered the risotto and chicken. The risotto was mushy, but had good flavor. The chicken was absolutely inedible, chewy, stringy, and foul. They took it off my bill which I appreciated. My friend ordered a salad with steak for an extra $18. The steak was a total of 3 pieces. My other friends all ordered pasta, two of them had one bite and didn’t eat the rest. The service was really good but the food was awful for how much it costs. Definitely do not go here if you want to enjoy your meal, not worth the price, honestly wouldn’t have even paid $10 for that meal.

Wonderful food and experience! We ordered the Caccio e peppe, veal, and duck ravioli all 10/10. Carrot cake and pistachio gelato martini another winner. Bonus point for the outstanding service and charm from our waiter Stokes!

First off our waiter stokes was very knowledgeable but his hair was a BIG ISSUE, the fact that is hair is long and was NOT pulled back or placed in a man-bun is disturbing and unsanitary! Now our seating was very uncomfortable as we were seated at a very small table by the window and our arms and elbows were hitting the window and the chairs were extremely uncomfortable, the food our steaks were fatty but good and extremely OVERPRICED, THE GREEN BEANS AND MASHED POTATOES WERE DISGUSTING! mashed potatoes crumbled like cauliflower and the green beans although they were steamed were the worst I have ever tasted and extremely hard to chew....trying to put an unscaled restaurant in the bottom of the Northside of akron (THE HOOD) was ridiculous! WE WOULD NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE OVERPRICED LONGHORN IS 10×'s better!

My husband and I just happened upon this place looking for somewhere nice to go for my birthday and it was a very good thing we did! Seth was our service and he was great! We also loved all of the food - the bread was great with the rosemary butter, I got the wheel pasta that they make table side and the gentleman who did it was wonderful as well! Their Brussels sprouts were the only ones my husband has ever liked because they were so good, and both of our salads were delicious. They make almost all of their pasta In house and it was so good!
Service was lovely and everyone was so attentive and professional. The atmosphere was great as well. We will be back!

I wasn’t going to post a review and the only reason I decided to was after reading all of the other bad reviews and realizing it’s literally just the restaurant that’s the problem and it’s not fair to serve food like this the way they are.
All the reviews are accurate below.
Flies everywhere.
All the food was cold not even warm just cold.
Caesar salad dressing was absolutely disgusting. I’m pretty sure it was just mayonnaise.
Wedding soup looked like a conglomeration of leftover various types of soup dumped in a pot.
Halibut was basically cooked for what seemed like 45 minutes. If you told me it was chicken I would’ve believed you.
Most things were over salted.
Charcuterie board looked like dried up leftover items from old charcuterie boards.
Spaghetti w a giant meatball that couldn’t be cooked properly by anyone. My husband didn’t even take a bite because it was cold.
Nothing was fresh at all.
The cheese wheel pasta was fake. I saw when he made it tableside, he did some fake mixing in the cheese wheel and then poured what was already cooked with sauce pasta from the pan into the cheese wheel, and then served us ice cold, very odd tasting pasta of which none of us ate. The whole peppercorns on top were a real treat.
The music was blasting for no reason.
Our waitress was kind and clearly tried to she can only do so much.
I’m docking a star on service because they know there is a problem.

I came here with my girlfriend for our anniversary. The service was great, The food was great. Our server recommended the lemonade and I gotta say it was delicious. We shared the wedding soup to start and it was amazing. We both got cesar salad, very good! For our entrees i got the spaghetti and meatball and my girlfriend got the pasta a la vodka. As a meatball lover this meatball was truly delicious. It was cooked to perfection, the flavor was a boom of excitement, it was so fluffy. Truly and scrumptious meatball. I tried my girlfriend’s pasta and it was also very very good! Will 100 percent come back.

Last night for date night, my boyfriend and I decided to try Luciano’s and we’re so glad we did. The atmosphere is beautifully designed with a warm, romantic ambiance that set the perfect tone for the evening. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was our server, Matt.
Right from the start, he asked us something no server ever had before: “What’s your tempo?” meaning, do we prefer a relaxed pace with time between courses, or a quicker in-and-out experience. That thoughtful question alone set the tone for a personalized and seamless dining experience.
Matt’s attention to detail was impeccable. We never had to ask for a refill or wait on anything, it was like he anticipated our needs before we even noticed them. We followed all of his recommendations, from the wine to the entrees, and everything was absolutely delicious.
If you're planning a visit to Luciano’s, I highly recommend asking for Matt. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine passion for hospitality truly elevated our night. An amazing experience from start to finish!
